Normally choose Best Western hotels for their quality- but I agree with other recent reviewers. Our room was far too warm for comfort and the fan provided made very little difference. Opening the window only led to the noise from outside interrupting sleep further.
Thank James B

This hotel is really easy to find, just few hundred meters from central station. We booked the room just a week before arrival and we were surprised positively that price was really good. The best thing about the room is silence - its possible to...More

Travelling with public transportation in Geneva with a wheelchair may not be convenient, trams and buses are often crowded. You do not inform me from where your plan to come. If it is from the train station, then no public transportation is necessary since it is a two-minutes foot walk to reach our property. Our rooms may be hot in the summer months since we do not have any air-conditioned rooms, concerning the noise, please consider that we are right in the city center, where all the bars and restaurants are located.
Please be informed we have a tiny lift and a standard wheelchair may not fit Inside the elevator.
With best regards from Geneva.
Chris - front desk.
