This is our 2nd "StayCation" at the CitizenM in downtown Geneva since our neighbours below us are doing noisy renovations. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Great food and service. A super experience both times. The staff are all super. The breakfast is an excellent value. The hotel is just steps from the pedestrian shopping area and the lakeside.

cleaning standards are not tip top the rest is great. friendly staff good food great location nice decor. top floors room silent, lower floor and facing the street not so quiet. bar very nice. not too crowded

surprisingly good concept, new , different and inspiring , the price amazingly low. A place I would recommend to young and smart people. The staff very friendly. The dinner we got extremely well tasting, the only problem we realized was that passed the hotel several times without knowing it was a hotel, so better signs so you can see that this a hotel and not just a restaurant.
