We stayed in the minor suite for 5 nights. The room was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, large and spacious, and seemed newly fitted-out, with a new bathroom. The room faces the street but noise is not a problem when the window is closed. The wi-fi worked well. The building itself if very old so the room itself, and the breakfast...

My husband & I, along with our college-age daughter, stayed in the Suite Maior for 3 nights in August. We were very comfortable and loved the shower in the old well! Everything you would want to see in Perugia is easily reached by walking (but beware--it is a very hilly town, which only adds to its charm). And as others...

We recently returned from a trip to Italy. We stayed in this b&b for three nights. Luigi and Monica were wonderful hosts! They gave us some great recommendations for bars and restaurants and each one was great! We stayed in the Suite Maior which is the larger suite at the bottom of the building. It can sleep four, is very...

Stayed in this b&b for 3 nights. We booked suite minor which was spotlessly clean and had a really comfortable bed. Could be a little noisy at night as is next to the street but this didn't detract from our stay. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and as previous reviewers have said the restaurant recommendations they made were all first...

We stayed at B&B San Fiorenzo for 3 nights in the minor suite, and loved every night! In short, the bed was large and comfy, the WiFi worked, and the breakfasts were tasty. The room was huge, even by American standards, and the bathroom very clean. We were given wonderful recommendations on where to eat and drink, much better than...

We really enjoyed the B&B - Luigi, Monica and Patricia were very welcoming and helpful. We booked the Minor suite which was a good size for a couple. Breakfast was amazing! Location was good, less than 5 minutes walk to main square. Despite central location, very quiet at night. If you are driving, be sure and get exact info for...

We stayed in Suite Major for 4 nights. It is a very spacious apartment and has of course the famous shower in an old well, which is very roomy for an Italian shower. Luigi was very helpful every day in suggesting places to go and to eat, and helping us to find the local buses out of town for our...

we loved our stay here. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming and gave us plenty of information about the surrounding area and some of the great places to see, where to eat etc. We loved the restaurant Il Paiolo which was very close which they recommended. The churches San Pietro and San Domenica are a must but when you...

Amazing place! Very Clean! Hosts were welcoming and we were made to feel at home! We can highly recommend this beautiful B&B! (my only 'very small' recommendaton to them would be to have more pillows or at least one extra...there were two pillows and both were very high and hard)

My husband and I stayed at San Fiorenzo and we loved it. Monica and Luigi are great hosts. We stayed 4 nights and we used it as a base to visit Assisi by bus. We walked everywhere and the views from the top are fantastic. Be warned, Perugia is a historic town and its hilly. There's a minimetro which you...
