Perugia is a delightful city with a fine compact historic centre. This can be accessed by a fascinating elevator system which runs right up through the Rocca Paolina, itself a major attraction. What is more, there is an entry point to this elevator right outside Hotel Rosalba. There is safe free parking just outside the hotel, albeit with a very...

We stayed at the end of April and our welcome was warm, we arrived earlier than check in but were shown to our room which was ready. It was beautiful. Gorgeous balcony overlooking the little food market below and the historic walls of Perugia beyond. This hotel has a fantastic location, easy to get to the escalators to the top...

We stayed for 3 nights, the owner gave us the amazing top floor room which has space for four but we were two with a friend joining us for the last night, which was very nice. The view from this room is amazing! The room had everything we needed hair-dryer, shampoo, soap etc. The bed was a little hard as...

Loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast was included which we didn't realise until is was nearly too late but it was good with croissants, coffee, fruit etc! Location is fantastic within short walking distance to the historical centre. There is an escalator just right beside the hotel to...

My wife and I recently stayed 2 nights in Hotel Rosalba. We chose it because we needed somewhere we could park but that was reasonably central. Location-wise it's next to a "stop" on the escalator system taking you up to the old town, so access to where you want to be is very quick and easy. It was easy enough...

What a lovely little hotel this is and so cheap too, a real gem! We had the double room with small balcony & top floor suite with bigger balcony & great views over the beautiful medieval town of Perugia. Simple, clean, comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms, TV & small kettle with tea&coffee sachets. Very small but nicely stocked breakfast area...

I have stayed in this Hotel for two nights. My girlfriend and I had a very good experience. The staff were genuinely nice and VERY helpful. The location of the Hotel is great. However, the breakfast is rather poor and disappointing , especially when looking at the price difference between a room with breakfast included or not.

Dear Mr Luisitoperron, thank you for your review. Remember that we are a small two-star hotel, and there seems to be missing anything at breakfast with both sweet and savory items. Best regards Stefano&Francesco

We spent 30 minutes trying to locate the hotel using our GPS and took a few wrong turns, eventually Google maps got us there. Parking outside the hotel is expensive but the very friendly hotel manager helped us to the main undercover parking a short 5 minute walk away from the hotel that cost us about €5 for overnight parking....
