The super friendly owner awaited us on the piazza, showed us the garage and brought us up to the rooms. The rooms have a great view, have a tasteful interior decoration and are very cozy and in good shape. The wireless LAN was fast enough to watch a movie online.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Pearl Apartment for 3 nights in late October 2013. We happened to arrive on the one rainy day in the month. Well when I say rainy I mean that the roads had rivers running down them. We travelled from the airport via the shuttle bus which dropped us off a short walk from... More

This resort is a group of three great apartments on the top floor of a building right in the historic centre of Perugia, with an elevator. We stayed in the Gold apartment which is a great size for two for a few days. Large bed in a separate bedroom, an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with air-con and a bathroom with... More

This is a nice fully equipped appartment with a great view and location. The owner is very attentive, gave us a warm and generous welcome. The only downside is the bathroom which had a low ceiling. The building is a renovated ancient palace with an elevator and the balcony overlooks all the beautiful views of Perugia.

I stayed at this apartment for 2 months while attending the University to learn Italian. The owners (Eva and her mom) were excellent hosts and they tailored to all my needs. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had the best view in Perugia. It was perfect for hosting friends for dinner, drinks or to watch the sunset. During the... More

We stayed here for four nights in July. Eva, the proprietor, is so helpful and friendly - she was waiting outside in the sun for us to be sure we would find the apartment! We stayed in Argento - it is small, but well appointed and with a spot for everything. Beautiful view of the rooftops and country side from... More

In principle, one should not review a hotel/apartment if one has not actually stayed there. Nonetheless, one can learn something in the process of trying to book a room. Last month, I sent an e-mail to Mini Resort Fontana Maggiore trying to book one of their apartments for one night (the night of May 16th 2013). I received a prompt... More

I spent three weeks in September in this gorgeous apartment. It is located in piazza Quattro Novembre with two restaurants right at the front door. Eva and her mother are wonderful, very helpful, generous with their time and very friendly. It is located on the sixth floor with a small lift that I rarely used mainly because I am very... More

My wife and I stayed in this magnificent accommodation in the heart of Perugia and will definitely be back. The views, outstanding location, service provided by Eva and her wonderful mother, and the facilities and attention to detail in the apartment made for a magnificent holiday. My wife was pregnant at the time but we will definitely be back with... More

We stayed in La Perla, one of 3 apartments at the top of the block (lift available) right in the centro storico next to the Duomo. Stylish, tastefully quirky yet practical it was a delightful place to stay. The terrace was an added delight with amazing views and with space to sunbathe - weather permitting! Eva and her mother proved... More
