Booked this little place on the back of the wonderful reviews on Tripadvisor- happy to report that all of them are true- wonderful welcome, kind and generous hosts, good breakfast. We got the room with the power/massage shower- a nice bit of luxury. We fully enjoyed our time in the lovely city of Perugia.

Lovely quaint hotel on the upper floor; room was very nice with a typical Italian tile rooftop view. Hosts were super nice and carried my luggage up the stairs for me. Breakfast was good. Location central; easy walk to the University & central Piazza

I stayed here whilst I was on business in the area. The team at Primavera Mini Hotel were amazing before and during my stay! They helped me arrange everything I needed prior to arrival, taking in shipping that I needed whilst I was there. Whilst there they provided help with taxi's and local information. The breakfast was lovely- lots of...

It's a little bit tricky to drive to, but the instructions are good and the streets narrow. It is better to park in Pellini Carpark and walk. The hotel offers a very cheap daily rate. There are escalators running to the top of the hill, then only a three minute walk to the hotel. Filipe, (not Chiara's dad) took our...

Dear JambonatSydney, thank you for your review! It's true...it's a little bit tricky to drive to, the streets of historic centre are very narrow. But this is the beauty of Perugia: the old and the new fuse together :) Thanks for understanding this! Although it does not seem, we are many to turn around our guests :) Maria Teresa (...

We loved our stay here. Whilst not the most picturesque, Perugia is a wonderful little town in Umbria (don't be put off by the not-so-quaint station area if arriving by train), & this hotel is well appointed in the town. The bed was comfortable, room spotlessly clean, bathroom cute & even had a massage shower. Although we didn't book with...

Dear306KarenK306, thank you for your nice review! We are glad that Perugia liked you so much. In the heart of Umbria, our little town can be a starting point to visit this beautiful region. The room in which you slept, is one of the last we provided to restore and the massage shower is a little detail that contribute to...

My brother, 18-year old, niece and I stayed here 3 nights in early April. In short, we felt very welcome, the hotel is excellently located for both exploring Perugia and taking the min-Metro down to the train station, and the price was reasonable. Be warned there are 2 flights of stairs up from the street level to get to the...

Dear bay_area_folk, thank you for your review! Here all is Mini, starting from our hotel Primavera (the smallest hotel in the city) to the Mini bar, ending with Minimetrò :) Since we are hosted in the centuries-old Vincioli Palace, this put us in a particular condition: of uniqueness. For this reason all the italian standards are different from ours. Anyway,...

Bit tricky getting here but with excellent instructions from Chiara we parked our car in the lower part of town & got the escalators up then a short walk to the hotel. Yes, there are stairs to climb but the everything about the Primavera makes it more than worth it. It feels like a medieval neighborhood with all the modern conveniences, including great views. Besides it's Perugia, so wherever you go, there are LOTS of steps. Everyone at the Primavera is welcoming and helpful, whether it's getting heavy bags upstairs or finding...
