Primavera Mini Hotel is a 3*** hotel on the second floor of an elegant building in the historic centre of Perugia, very close to Corso Vannucci, the main street, and to the National Gallery of Umbria. The rooms have wonderful views of the red roofs and of the Umbrian hills. All the rooms are different from each other in terms of shape and exposure to the sun, and have details that make them unique.

Great location, just a few steps from an escalator that leads down to a minimetro stop, and a short walk into the center. Room was nice, hotel was quiet, with great views. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I recently spent four nights at this lovely little hotel which is in a quiet yet central location in Perugia. It was easy to find thanks to the staff's helpful directions and is very close to many restaurants and the historic center. It was very clean and comfortable and perfect

Wonderful experience staying at this beautiful place housed in a marvellous ancient building. We were there for the Eurochocolate Festival and were thrilled to be only a short walk from the old town centre. Accommodations were lovely, sparkling clean and quite modern while

The primavera Mini hotel , is a tiny family ran hotel , but with an excellent 5 star service, just in the heart of Perugia. The owners are the most lovely and warm people, the hotel per se is so well looked after, and appears very characteristic in terms of decor, but is also

We stayed here for one night as a part of our road trip in Italy. We were welcomed by a really nice old man and lady (maybe the owners parents?). The room was nice and clean, with quite comfortable bed when comparing to other beds in Southern part of Europe. The hotel is located

How far from the train station?
It is about a 10-minute ride on the mini-metro (which has a stop at the train station) and then a 5-10 minute walk from the "Cupa" stop to the hotel. Or you could take a taxi, which would probably take about 15 minutes in normal traffic/ (I lived in Perugia for 11 years.)

How far is the hotel from the airport?
Dear Biskit105, The hotel is 20/25 minutes far from the hotel. There are 2 ways to reach us: 1) you can take the taxi 2) you can take the bus in front of the airport that arrives in Piazza Italia, the historic centre of Perugia, From there, crossing the main street Corso Vannucci, you will arrive in front of the big fountain (Piazza 4 Novembre) and you have to turn left in via delle Volte that will take you in Piazza Morlacchi. Go straight and turn left in Via Tiberi and at the end turn right in Via Vincioli, Our hotel is at the number 8. I hope I was clear :) Kind Regards Maria Teresa

I don't see any reference to parking. We will have a car; is parking provided?
Hello, I answer to your question. We haven' t the garage. We have some ticket to park on demand. It' s for the near Pellini Parking in Pompeo Pellini street ( 2 escalators far from the hotel). You must add some euro to have it. It is necessary to ask the ticket in advance (when you reserve the room). If you arrive by car It is very important to leave us the number of the car. I hope my indications will be good for you and all guests :) Best regards Chiara
