It is about a 10-minute ride on the mini-metro (which has a stop at the train station) and then a 5-10 minute walk from the "Cupa" stop to the hotel. Or you could take a taxi, which would probably take about 15 minutes in normal traffic/ (I lived in Perugia for 11 years.)
