I visited this property with my wife last week. First, the pros: - Nice location (5-min walk to the beautiful Assisi) - View from the bedroom and balcony - Overall comfortable - Very nice young man who helped us after we had a problem with the older gentleman mentioned below the cons: - Noise isolation. We woke up with the sound of our neighbor snoring. - The REALLY rude older gentleman ( I say older with respect for age and just to make it easy to identify who is who, just because there were only two male people working and one was much older) who received us in the hotel. We arrived by car at 2h50pm. I know this well because I had a very important meeting at 3pm which i would need to attend via zoom from the room. So, when we parked the car, i immediately proceeded to the empty reception to try to quickly check-in and go to the room. The gentleman in question was outside telling my wife where to park. When i politely asked him if he knew where the receptionist was, he literally yelled back "it's me!!!". i was chocked but sad nothing. Then he walked with me to the reception. He started doing the registration (by then it was 2h55pm) and I asked him if he would mind that i go ahead to the room to have the meeting, and then my wife (who would come in from the car 2 mins later) could pick up my ID and give it to me. At that moment he yelled again "why are you in such a hurry?". At this point, i decided I wouldn't take it anymore and asked him why he was talking in such a rude way to me. he replied "I'm not rude, but you shouldn't be in a hurry'. I tried to explain that i had an important call, but he kept being rude, so i just shut up. Later i found out that when my wife arrived at reception, oblivious to all the story, he was also rude and yelled at her, too. this gentleman should not be allowed to be the face of any kind of hospitality venue, he's a disgrace to the industry.…
We all traveled to Italy on two bikes, a Scott and a merida. Unfortunately in this hotel they stole them. we paid for the room normally we left by taxi and the bad owner spoke badly in Italian and tried to get rid of us .. the police just recorded the incident
We stayed for a few nights pre-pandemic. We were driving and accidentally drove by the first time. We called and the person at the desk told us where to park. We stayed at the apartment down the street which had good parking for our car. Very clean and very spacious; a great choice for a family. A short walk down for breakfast, and a nice outdoor seating arrangement to enjoy the morning. The apartment is located within an old arena, which happens to be part of the self-guided walking tour of a popular person's (named Rick) guidebook! Great location for walking around, and very quiet. The staff was very friendly. We would stay here again and recommend it.
A dream location in the midst of an olive grove. Room 207 with great views of the old Town and the valley. Free parking on site, among olive trees. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, served on the terrace with panoramic views. The sunset, seen from the terrace and from the window of the room, was incredibly beautiful!
