Recently renovated charming small hotel! located few steps away from the Basilica of St. Francis. Rooms are clean and net, toilets are totally new and spotless. Breakfast was fine but too minimal. Staff extremely helpful and sweet. One of the greatest restaurant in town is few steps away. To get better room rates we advise you to directly contact the...

This was a lovely hotel, very near the Cathedral. The proprietors speak English, but with a little difficulty. Most impressive is the amazing hot breakfast which is part of the room cost. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in January 2017 and we highly recommend the hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Assisi. The Pros and Cons of the hotel, in my opinion, are as follows: PROS: 1. LOCATION: The location just down the hill from the Basilica of St. Francis is ideal for visiting the...

A modern, clean hotel, well designed for Assisi's steep slopes. Just few metres from the Basilica of San Francesco and an easy 3 minute walk from the Piazza Unita d'Italia/San Pietro bus stop. Bright room with very comfortable bed and good wifi reception. Excellent buffet breakfast (except boiled eggs were very over-boiled!), and they kindly gave us a breakfast bag...

We liked everything about Hotel Sorella Luna. The location is very close to the Basilica of Saint Francis. You can walk down early in the morning before any crowds arrive. Plus we loved an evening stroll to the Basilica. We agree with the other comments. The room was quite spacious with closet and room for a suitcase. It is very...

Hotel was very nice and clean. Historic building with a renovated interior that maintains most of the architectural charm but provides modern furnishings. Breakfast was great. Location is exceptional, steps away from St. Francis Basilica.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with our Art Group from London. It was a lovely central location and a great combination of modern and original décor. We would particularly like to thank Rita who gave so much of her time whilst we struggled to get our emails from home and was also a smiling and cheerful face...

Great place but whoopsie with booking that dragged on and caused worry for manager and us Otherwise a good place to stay. Rooms at front can be noisy especially single in entrance. Good luck pushing wheelchair around Assisi but hotel is accessible

Having booked accommodations throughout Europe and North America for our pilgrimage company, Pinnacle Pilgrimages; it was a pleasure to work with Luigia from the Hotel Sorella Luna. It was beautiful and representative of the charm you would hope for when staying in Assisi. Our pilgrims raved about the rooms and the staff. Thank you for making our pilgrimage a success.

This hotel is fabulous and is situated in central Assisi. Check in was very simple and our room excellent. The breakfast was a very good variety with a scrimmy lemon tart! We were travelling with family and on a schedule but I would recommend staying longer to take in the beauty of Assisi and the great hotel!

Thank BridgetandNeil
