Place is middle of nowhere - exactly what we needed, peace and quite. View around this B&B are breath-taking, olive trees and vineyards around, no roads, no cars just silence what we was looking for as we live in busy city. Marco was so friendly and welcoming, his warm smile made us feel special. breakfast which was made and served by him was WOW, never experience something like that in my life. Can't wait to go to Italy again and visit this place, Many Thanks Marco for everything.

We stayed in Tassinaia B&B for 5 days for our honeymoon and it was a real pleasure from the begining to the end! Marco (the host) is a great man, very helpful and kind. He help us a lot finding the good places to visite in Tuscany, good restaurants and pizzerias. We got really great breakfast with a lot of local food, tasty:) We also met Marco's wife wich is also a great person, very nice and kind. The room we got was very very nice, clean and quiet and got cleaned every morning. We had some trouble durring our stay in tuscany whit the rental car and Marco once again helped us to find solutions. We would recomend this B&B warmly to anybody who is looking for some rest and peaceful environment. The situation of the B&B is great, between Pisa and Florence, and 5 minutes by car to the train station (to take the train to Florence for exemple is better than drive by car). We can only say good things about our stay here. Thank you. Isaac and Nitzan

We had such a wonderful time staying with Marco! His rustic Italian house is absolutely lovely, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. You get there on a dirt road, which is a fun part of the adventure. Our room was very comfortable and well decorated, not to mention the fantastic view! Marco is a fabulous cook, so be prepared to awake to a 5 stars breakfast served around a massive rustic table where you can meet and chat with the other guests. Marco is also a photographer and knows the best spots and hidden gems around Tuscany. He would be happy to recommend you fantastic places and local restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay with Marco when we get back to Tuscany again. His place gives you easy access (by car) to all the wonderful places in the region. When you're done with touring, you will be coming back to the quiet countryside, sun-soaked grapes and starry skies. Did I mention the mouthwatering breakfast?? PS- follow the directions on the website or ask Marco for advice on how to get there. PPS- Marco speaks fluent English, French, Italian, (German?) and a bit of Spanish.

We honestly cannot understand how something as silly as an unpaved road would keep anyone from the experience of a truly unique property with some of the best service we have ever received. The blue room was spacious, tastefully decorated with items all picked out by Marco himself, stylish and rustic but still provided modern amenities such as having tons of electrical outlets, perfect wifi and a rain showerhead. If you're looking for a place to watch TV then the Tuscan countryside is probably not the right place for you. My husband and I adored hanging out with Marco each morning while we enjoyed the magnificent breakfast he prepared for us (the best we had on our entire trip and we aren't easily impressed -- bruschetta, prosciutto with fruit, eggs with olive oil and salt and pepper, fruit salad, coffee and juice, and homemade breads and pastries with the most amazing jams, all organic and prepared carefully by Marco and presented with soft classical music playing in the background, c'mon!). We really felt that our trip would not have been the same without him and will definitely stay here the next time we are in Tuscany. Thank you so much, Marco!! We will never forget you! PS Google Maps the directions out and study the area before you go just to make it easier. I would also tell Marco what time you plan on arriving so that he can meet you if you are nervous about the road which you should not be at all! It's just an unpaved road, people -- what humans used for all of mankind. Nothing to get excited about :)

We stayed here for almost one week and enjoyed our stay very much. Marco is a very kind and helpful person and he makes an awesome breakfast !!! In addition he gave us precious tips and recommendations what to do and where to go. We "owned" the blue room and it was the perfect choice. For somebody who is looking for a quiet place (after a long day's sightseeing tour) this is the perfect place. The small road to Tassinaia is not paved, but absolutely driveable.
