Excellent breakfast and the lady who takes care of the breakfast is very professional and kind. The room was large and well furnished. The bathroom is adequate and complete with products such as sanitizing soap, of excellent quality, shampoo, soap and white towels: white as I prefer. The restaurant is for groups only and must be booked. I would like to suggest to keep the restaurant accessible without limits on the number and times: since the farmhouse is not close to restaurants and bars, to reach which a car is required, the presence of the restaurant accessible without restrictions, except for the standard ones, would allow take advantage of the overall stay even more: obviously, we do not expect an articulated menu but just two appetizers, two first courses, two seconds and the dessert would be more than enough. Also because there is no lack of good wine: to the good connoisseur ...

The location is great, beautiful views from the terrace and from the large pool. The staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, our apartment was robbed during the night when we slept there. All doors were properly closed. The property owner called the police, but the case was closed by this action. I expected some compensation from him as an excuse. I don't understand why there were security cameras if nothing was seen there.

I have seen some good review about this place so our expectation was quit high. And from the outside this looks great. The location was very nice on a small hill surrounded by wine ranks. And it was also a nice pool area with sunbeds. Our room was though disappointing. It was dark and we didn't find it very nice to be frank. Ok for night, but not a place I would have stayed for long. We had breakfast at the premises (paid euro 10 p p) which was good. There is approx a 25 minutes walk to Vinci which is a nice small villages.

Heart warming family accommodation. The owner, Claudio, and the entire staff made the stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, Claudio greeted us and made us feel like family. The rooms were spacious. The shower always had hot water. The kitchen had non-stick pans and gas cooking. Everything was highly maintained. From the dishwasher to free laundry facility, even separate recycling bins for paper, plastic and glass. Morning breakfast may have been the most enjoyable due to a wonderfully warm and pleasant cook. Everything was provided: Eggs any style. Tea, coffee (any espresso based drink), hot chocolate, still or sparkling water, fresh home cooked breads, cheese and salami, ham, mortadella, breakfast cakes, assorted fruit like kiwi, oranges and pairs. Of course, wine. Essentially, everything that made you feel at home. For traveling the area, so much is accessible by train; from Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca (via Pisa). The accommodation is located where there is a local museum since Vinci is the birth place of Leonardo. If the Tuscany region is in your travel plans, there might not be a much better place.

We arrived late in the evening but were welcomed most friendly by the owner. The apartment (Swing 3) which we had was absolutely fine. Very well equipped, clean, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, etc. Also a good functioning, quiet air conditioning system. We had the opportunity to sit outside in the garden with stunning views over the Tuscan landscape. The swimming pool was spacious, again beautifully situated and clean with enough beds and parasols. We very much enjoyed our stay here, not in the last place because of the most friendly owners/staff. Reasonably priced, free parking and WiFi.
