The house is set in a quiet beautiful location, off the beaten track (not too easy to find) and has an excellent large pool. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good selection of food for breakfast. The bedrooms on the third floor are set into the roof space and have very low ceilings, so try to book lower floors. Wi-fi was unobtainable on three different machines, even in the public areas. Overall, these limitations spoiled what would have been a good review.

The staff are friendly, the room was very clean. We booked this B&B specifically for the pool but it was not yet ready. This disappointed us greatly. Our towels were not changed in three days yet the beds were made nicely. The grounds were very untidy with long grass etc; they must have not been ready for the season which was unfortunate for us. The wifi was hopeless and could only be used in one place on the hotel. The road to it is dusty, it is in the country with beautiful scenery. It is a short distance from Vinci, five kilometres. The television is from 1960 but you should not go to Vinci to watch Television anyway. The breakfast is very good. I regret that we cannot say we would stay there again but would look elsewhere, mainly because of the inadequate wifi coverage. We understand the majority of our disappointment was due to our arrival before they were ready for the season. We were there Very late April.

Amazing place, amazing people, amazing view in the countryside that overlook the olives trees and wine yards, thank you to Paolo, his wife Emanuela and their kids Pamela and Emanuele, they made us feel at home. Great breakfast and if you wish to have dinner remember to speak to them earlier so they might arrange a great "fiorentina" (the best steak ever). Also have their own wine so make sure to have a taste of it. Highly recommended, great break away from the city into the beautiful countryside. Thank you. Grazie di cuore a Paolo e famiglia. Stupendi!💓💓💓

The breakfast was really fresh and they were very concerned offfer a perfect service-people from the B/B were friendly and patiënt (we were a but late in the evening). Perfect match to visit the museum Leonard Da Vinci in Vinci. We went with our 3 childeren (15-17-19) and rented two rooms.

Many thanks to Paulo and his family for their hospitality. We came by chance to this B & B and were very happy about it. The B & B is located in Vinci (birthplace of Da Vinci) at the end of a small side street (so very quiet) and max. 10min from Empoli (by car) away. Paulo always made us delicous food and gave us tips for our day trips. The breakfast and dinner were just amazing. Also recommended is his homemade wine. Very tasty. Based on the detailed features of the rooms it shows how much love and work has been invested. Our room was simply furnished only welcoming and loving.Next time we would love to come back to him and like to stay another week. Even if there are not that much recommendations on tripadvisor.....this place is worth to try out and then YOU should write further recommondations, how wonderful it was ;-)
