This is a quaint hotel and really lovely. Vincent and all of the staff are so nice. Vincent gave us great tips on restaurants and places to visit. The view is AMAZING! They do their very best to make sure you are comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful with great coffee and fresh fruit. The lady who runs it has a great...

I was skeptical at first--it is right on a really busy street. But you duck behind the wall and drop down a bit in to the valley and you find this lovely hotel. It was very quiet. You have lovely views of the valley. And it is really only 15-20 minutes walk to the main piazza. Our host was fantastic....

Pro's: our room was clean and everything was in good condition, good location - just outside the city wall within easy walking distance to main attractions, beautiful views, good breakfast, front desk staff was very helpful and offered recommendations on restaurants, called for a cab. Also thought the priced was reasonable. Con's: it rained one night and there was a...

We were delighted to find a magnificent view from our bedroom, bathroom and lounge. The rooms are large and clean and breakfast even includes freshly cut fruit. You can wander in the large garden, picnic on the terrace and there is a great little restaurant nearby. Although a fridge is included, there is no tea making facilities or a champagne...

This nice and warm hotel is just 5 minutes from Porta Romana and 15 min walk through the medieval streets to Piazza del Campo. My room was "D", it was on the ground floor and it was huge. Spotlessly clean, quiet with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast is basic but it was ok (ham, cheese) boiled eggs, cake, tomatoes, coffee, tea....

Pros: The hotel has all the indicators of a family-run business. Everything is clean and extremely well kept. There is a nice garden, an awesome patio with a wonderful view, great breakfast, the largest shower we have found in Italy, soft large towels, hot water, large room and quiet setting. The English speaking staff was absolutely the best. They even...

The place is so adorable with a great view to Tuscan valleys, where you can here and watch rabitts and deers walking around. The room is big and comfortable enough. The only issue is the shower box, that is sooooo small, but I guess many places in Europe are like that. Breakfast has not much options but it is enough.

The hotel is about as close as you can get by car to the zona limitato and has its own free car park. Wonderful views, good breakfast. We only stayed one night but would use on a future visit and try to stay longer.
