Beautiful, historic building from the 16th century in the heart of Siena. Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing, spacious rooms with ancient beauty. We stayed in a luxury apartment with city view. Free wifi and coffee stations with cookies on the hallways.

Location is very good. Less then 5 min walk from the centre. Apartments are large, plenty of space to spread out. Every apartment has kitchen and a washing machine. Every apartment is different but we stayed in 3 and liked all of them. A bit difficult to find when you come first time.

Good location that is walking distance to the main square and near a nice park. The building is an experience and the room came with some snacks and fruits. A coffee machine, tea and biscuits were also available outside the room. The room was a little dark and some of the lights took some time to get bright but apart...

Even though its an old historic building but super clean and plenty of facilities inside. Its properly run as a serviced apartment/hotel. The staff especially Michelle couldn't do enough. Really felt homely and everything at your doorstep. If you leave the windows fully open you do get some street noise, but its a happy tourist wondering about noise! So no...

a beautiful building with probably some nice rooms. we stayed with friends. Their room was cheaper but much better than the 2 bedroom apartment we had. especially the "bathroom was terrible. I never saw a shower in the toilet room, except in rural China, after a shower everything was wet. How one can stay here with 2 couples is really...

I visited Sienna while my husband took a week's Italian course. The location of this hotel is ideal, fairly central, yet, just off the noisy touristy route into the main square. The whole building has been kept true to its original style, although, access to the apartments is a bit tricky (a narrow metal bridge joins the only lift) We...

The entrance to the Palazzo isn't obvious, and once through the main door, you have to go through another door to a lift that sits in the centre of an airwell. This means you could get a little wet if it rains. Our room was on the top floor, and we had to make our way up stairs and through...

We accompanied one of our family members on a one month work-related trip in the heat of the summer, just around the time of the Palio, a peak time for tourists. The accommodations were beautiful, beds were comfortable and hotel staff were very polite and welcoming.Location was wonderful in that one could walk everywhere and we were close to grocery...
