The Residenza d'Epoca Palazzo Fani Mignanelli was an excellent choice for us, perfectly located in the very heart of Siena, making it particularly convenient for guests traveling by bus due to the close proximity to the square where the buses pick up and drop off. There are 11 rooms, each slightly different and very tastefully decorated. We loved the wood...

The hotel is very well situated in the heart of Siena, very close to the Piazza il Campo, right on the best shopping street. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and quite large. Well isolated windows keep out the noice from the city. The breakfast is large for being in Italy, with for example youghurt,...

Our 2 nights in the Residenza d'Epoca were wonderful! The hotel is perfectly located for sight-seeing, the rooms were large, beautifully decorated, well air-conditioned and the beds & baths immaculately clean & comfortable. Breakfast was served in the room at no additional charge and included cheeses, salami's, yogurt, cereal, breads, fruit, juice, and of course coffee/espresso or cappucino. All hotel...

We were lucky to find availabilty with this "B&B" at the last minute and couldn't believe our luck when we arrived. The location is simply amazing... only 2 "blocks" or so from Il Campo, but still quaint and quite. The room was sparkling clean, with all the little touches of detail you'd expect from a high-quality American B&B. The view...

This really is a wonderful find. It's right in the middle of Siena - a 3 minute walk from the main square. The people incredibly friendly, the room impeccably clean, the location perfect. I would go back and stay again. And it's very reasonable too.

This was the nicest place we stayed in Tuscany. Siena is a beautiful city, and this hotel is right in the centre of town, but feels very tranquil despite the busy street it is situated on. It is on the 3rd floor of a palace, which initially confused us, and inside it feels quite palatial. It was very hot in...

My wife and I recently stayed at this B&B while in Siena (2 nights). I booked it based on reviews on this site. We thought it was a decent place to stay. Clean, fair price and great location (probably it's best feature). It's a few steps away from Il Campo, the town center and a short walk to the Duomo....

I will always have good memories of my stay at the Residenza d'Epoca. I stayed at the Residenza d'Epoca for five nights and can recommend the hotel highly. The rooms are large and elegant. They have a couch which I liked because it gave me a place to read after a long day walking around. The room had an in-room...

I had a group stay at the Fani-Mignanelli in March, 2006. What a great place! Not only is this beautiful palazzo right in the middle of everything, but it is also very warm, quaint and cozy. The staff, including Cinzia (the manager) and Libero, are wonderful and very attentive. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is perfect. If you...

Booked this hotel after looking at dozens of hotels for what we considered a fair price within the town walls of Siena. The photos on the internet looked o.k and the couple of reviews that I found were positive so we took a chance. After catching the bus from the train station into town it was about about a 15...
