Quiet location but close to the historic sites in Siena. 6 rooms available and the B&B staff makes everyone feel as though you're a guest in their home. Staff is extremely attentive and was of great help with tour suggestions, restaurants and even tour guide suggestions. The breakfast area overlooking Siena is breathtaking. Picture perfect accommodations.

This was our second stay and this hotel has become our favorite in Bologna. It has an excellent location in the historical, quite, pedestrian area of town. The property is beautifully appointed with a professional and attentive staff. Can't wait to return.

This is a small but beautiful hotel in the heart of Siena. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed and bedding were truly luxurious. The continental breakfast was varied and plentiful and it was amazing to soak up the sunshine and enjoy our coffee in the terraza overlooking the Duomo! But what made this hotel a very special place...

This is a wonderful hotel. Maria is an excellent and very friendly host who effortlessly accommodated our late arrival. She was very kind and at our request gave us excellent (non-touristy) recommendations for dinner each night during our four night stay. The room was beautiful, clean and lovely. The free continental breakfast is fantastic. The patio has a breathtaking view...

A truly wonderful hotel in the heart of Siena. We booked this hotel based on reviews from fellow trip advisers and we were not disappointed. The hotel itself is more akin to a large house which is tastefully decorated over 4 or so floors. We stayed in room (no 4) which was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The...

I chose this hotel after extensive research on tripadvisor based on its location and the view over the town from its terrace. i was not disappointed with either. The location was right in the thick of the action and the view from the terrace was to die for. However, I was disappointed with the size of my standard room and...

This hotel is small but very nice, our room was big with beautiful view of the Duomo, breakfast is great with a gorgeous terrace and great service. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the gentlemen that took care of our check in. He helped us with directions on how to get to the hotel and personally helped us with parking....

We stayed in Room 5 which has a wonderfully romantic style. The decoration is classic. The bedding is linen which is wonderfully soft and comfortable. The room has a great terrace with direct views of cityscape and the Duomo. There is a salon on the first floor that is furnished like an English or Italian country house with a terrace...

This hotel was really wonderful, well renovated. The room was very comfortable, charming and very clean. Breakfast was great and tasty. We were welcomed by a very charming person who offered us a nice cappucino upon our arrival which we enjoyed on the terrace. The view from the terrace was amazing. My only regret is not having stayed longer. Next...

This hotel is a real discovery in a beautiful and authentic townhouse. Our bedroom was incredibly pretty, peaceful and beautifully appointed with nice soap and towels and the softest pillows and bedding. Breakfast was delicious and could be eaten on the terrace overlooking the Duomo and the roofs of old Siena. The staff were delightful and helpful and there is...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Campo Regio Relais is a historic hotel in a building called Bastone del Pappagallo (16th Century), located in one of the ancient buildings within the historical centre of Siena. It can be found on Via della Sapienza, one of the main streets of medieval Siena, hosting both the University of Siena and the Academy of the Intronati. Its distinction is that it opens up to one of the most breathtaking views of the city in which the windows and the terraces reflect the ambient surroundings. The central position of the Relais allows guests to easily reach the most important monuments of the city; the main square, Piazza del Campo, the Duomo, and the museums that house the masterpieces of Siennese art. Campo Regio Relais is also perfect as a base from which you can discover the medieval towns and villages that surround Siena. ... more   less
