Apart from the shower head coming of and hitting during my shower, this hotel was excellent. It was close to the station, clean, friendly staff and the air con was much appreciatd during the hot summer days. The breakfast was the best I have had in several hotels I have stayed at in Italy. They have hot food available, rather...

We thoroughly enjoyed the staff here. Very helpful at all times, and they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. They were quick to recommend eating places (which we took them up on, and had a terrific experience) Room was lovely, quiet and a small balcony where we ate out takeout pizza on our one night there. We really enjoyed our night here,...

Really nice hotel. Central location and close to the main attractions in the city. I read a lot about accommodation choices in the city but finally we decided to book in this awesome place. The staff are really nice and the decoration is very “Italian”! I love the hotel and I would definitely come back again.

My partner and I travelled around Tuscany for eight days, and managed to stay at different hotels in each location. After looking at previous reviews on tripadvisor I decided to choose this hotel for Siena, and I have no regrets whatsoever, it was perfect! My wife and I stayed here recently for 5 nights and found it to be the best place we have stayed in Italy over a 2week holiday. This hotel is very well located for visiting Siena, but there are quite a few downsides. No air conditioning was available in May during our stay, so we had to open our windows for air. Normally this would be refreshing, but not while your room is on the ground floor/street side. Our choice was shut the window and roast, or...

Dear Melanie M, thanks for leaving a review about Hotel Italia Siena. This is a very strange season with the weather condition. In May we had serious problem in finding the right time to switch the system from hot to cold. One day it was 5 degrees the day after 20 and it’s not possible to switch it back once...

Perfect stay 2 nights in room 355 - one of the hi-tech rooms. Own terrace, great views, contemporary, very well equipped. Bathroom, bed, towels, breakfast, service from reception and breakfast staff - all excellent. For the small extra premium over a basic room I should imagine it was money well spent. Breakfast very good selection Don't hesitate to stay
