Once our GPS actually found this hotel, we were glad to be there! Nothing fancy, but a very solid, well located hotel that answered all of our needs. The room was very nicely done, and the bathroom was very modern and very functional, a welcome sight for North American travellers. Staff was warm and inviting and the breakfast was delicious....

After 6 hours on the motorcycle I was looking forward to a shower and lie down to recover before exploring Siena that night. The hotel was fortunately easily accessible by motorcycle being a 3 minute walk outside the historical town so old streets didn't have to be negotiated. Parking was on-site so I had great expectations of a quick check-in...

Dear Guest, many thanks for your kind review. 5 minutes with a group checking in before you is a good job! Unfortunately there is just one lift, I'm sorry you had to wait to get to the room. About air conditioning I've checked and everything seems to be ok. I will keep an eye on it anyway. Looking forward to...

I spent two nights in Sienna at the Hotel Italia, which was recommend to me by friends. I found it to be a great place and a great value. The hotel was easy to find, quiet, clean with a large bathroom. My room was on the street, but I couldn't hear any street noise through the windows. The buffet breakfast...

Spotless small hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Public areas (sitting and breakfast rooms) are nicely decorated with modern furnishings. I booked a single room, big mistake, as room tiny, bed basically a chaise longe and very hard, pillows too. Moved to a superior double room next day and bed much more comfortable but air conditioner made so much noise...

Dear Denny, thanks for your comment. Single rooms are real single rooms, with one bed 190x80 and are small, but with a big and nice bathroom. Double single use are much bigger, just make the right choice for your needs. About the superior room of the second night please accept my excuses for the noise from the air conditioner. We...

We stayed here for one night on a long road trip.. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and well presented and in a good location..
