Great location with easy walk to walled city. The hotel and rooms have retro decor, and an amazingly warm and appreciative staff with big smiles and genuine interest in their patrons. delicious buffet breakfast.

Me and my friends stayed here for one night. We picked it for the excellent location close to the train station. The reception ladies were very nice and offered us a beautiful room for a fair price, with separate beds just like we asked for. The room was a bit warm but after I switched the heating off it was...

Relatively central. The rooms must be renovated urgently. Breakfast is reasonable. I had a problem with the parking: I booked in advance and the hotel confirmed. I got a car, a big Mercedes. The hotel's charms were very limited and when I arrived at the hotel there was no place to ride. I was allowed to park the car free...

By far, the best breakfast (included) we had during our trip to Italy. A breakfast with unlimited options. As many may know, the Italians have small breakfasts: a little coffee with a biscuit and that is all, but at this hotel there is plenty of many cheeses, coffees, juices, hams, breads, etc.

Hotel Italia just located about 15-minute walk to the Sienna's historical center. Room is quite new and clean, with good size bedroom and bathroom. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is not fancy but well appointed.

Located at the northern edge of the walled part of the historic centre, about 100 metres from the escalator silo that brings you from the train station. I found this very reasonably priced hotel on a booking website, and it delivered everything as offered. 24 hour reception, efficient and courteous check in, modern room, very clean, with a tiny but...

Well located very near train station and walking distance to the historic center. Room was very well appointed, very clean, few english channels on TV (better than average for Italy), good speed free WiFi and reasonable free breakfast. However, there were two negatives so I can not give it a better rating. First, the bed was like a rock which...

We loved our stay! David 'made' our stay wonderful. Following a day of travel and arriving late,, he welcomed us with his smile and humor and took great care of us. We loved our room and the view was breathtaking. The staffs recommendations for dinner were never disappointing.

The Hotel Italia which I booked online was a very pleasant surprise. It is located just outside the gates to Siena's old city.
