We received a warm welcome from the staff. The hotel is older and on a busy main street and our economy room was street side-the windows were double/doubled paned and room was quiet. Breakfast was basic Italian fare. We weren't close enough to walk easily into Siena but the bus stop is close by. We were quite disappointed in Siena....

Dear 48thAnniv, we would like to thank you for your review. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay... Siena is a quite small city, smaller than Florence, anyway we think we have a significant artistic and historical property to see. As you wrote, it takes around 15 minutes walking from our Hotel to downtown, but it's possible to take...

This quaint little hotel only 3 minutes drive from siena town offers great service, an amazing view and clean but simply rooms. The only way this hotel falls short is it breakfast. At around €54 a night this is a great affordable option I highly recommend.

Really nice little hotel, good restaurant with a nice garden and view. The breakfast was really good and the people working at the front desk were really nice and respond to emails very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Just came back from an excellent stay in this hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and I must say the hotel exceeded our expectations. Super friendly staff, easy check in/out and the price per night for what you get is unbeatable. We needed to go to Siena city center and followed all detailed instructions and recommendations given to us by...

Hotel Arcobaleno was recommended by friends and it did not disappoint. It is nicely set back off the busy main road and has a very attractive courtyard entrance to the reception area. Very helpful reception staff always willing to answer questions and book tickets for us. We especially enjoyed having our continental breakfast each morning in the sun-filled veranda, a...

This review is focusing on the value for value for money-aspect of staying in this hotel, and also what one can expect from a 3 star hotel. Service was everything from friendly and nice to somewhat restrained. We did though get the help we needed when we asked for help with booking some tickets and also with some laundry that...

The end of a long day's drive and nowhere to stay. Driving around Sienna at dusk looking for hotels is frustrating. They are hid better than a hidden thing and so we drove on only to drive pass the Arcobaleno - stroke of luck! There was a free room. An extremely helpful receptionist who when we asked if we could...

The staff in this B&B are great. They were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were pristine but the decor in the bedroom is becoming slightly dated. The bathroom was fab and the shower gel/shampoo that is supplied smelt lovely. Breakfast was also great with a good selection of food and drink. The outside from the hotel is also very...

Good place, close to the city center, but we really did not enjoy our stay (1 night), The hotel is uncomfortable. It does not have elevator and the room we stayed was very simple. Two beds for kids, not for adults. Too expensive according to the facilities.

The hotel is situated conveniently on the road that takes you into the city when you arrive from Florence (hence the street's name Via Fiorentina;)). When I arrived, I was positively took note that it was very well maintained, clean inside and outside. As it was the time of the Palio, I was glad that I could leave the car...
