Very clean and nice hotel at the entrance of Siena. Room was not very big but had everything needed; bathroom was ok too. The most interesting thing was the self-making pancakes in the morning for breakfast :) The staff was helpful. The most uncomfortable thing is that hotel is far from city center and on walking distance like 2.5 km,...

An absolutely awful experience! My wife and I were traveling by car throughout Italy. We thought Siena might be a nice stop on our way to Rome, so I made an online reservation for a modest room at Hotel Arcobaleno a couple days prior to our expected stay. AFTER my online reservation was confirmed, I then received notice of the...

Wonderful room, gardens, sun porch for breakfast and staff. Location on main access to Sienna. Mario was delightful and gave us a fun lesson on the different types of Italian coffees so we tried them all!

The hotel provides all the basics after a long travel - has a free car parking area, wifi, breakfast included and decent rooms. Despite being close to the road the room was quiet and had decent views. It would have helped if more guidance was provided for parking - the small parking area on one side was full and hence...

Arcobaleno is a good, welcoming and quiet comfortable place to stay - a little outside the city walls, but a nice walk to the centro historico and there is a bus if needed. In the other direction its an easy walk to the escalators that lead to the train staion Staff were very good (we'd had a problem adjusting the...

We were booked to stay at another hotel and that hotel was fully booked so booked us here. Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean and fine size. It's a dated hotel and quite far from the old city center though. Would not have booked here on my own but was not terribly disappointed either. At least the room seemed clean.

This was a lovely place to stay on our road trip to Tuscany. 15/20 minute walk into town, this hotel offered safe parking and a great welcome to this beautiful city and area. There is a lovely terrace to sit and relax at, and the staff were very welcoming and informative. The room we had was quite small and not...

It is a small hotel, a bit far from the city center, but still withing walking distance approx.20-30 minutes walk to piazza del Campo. It can be quiet or a bit more noisy depending where the room is located, I had some noise from the street but during night most of the traffic stops so that was not a problem....
