Sara, who met us, was lovely and really helpful. She was often on site, despite not living there. The actual building is beautifully Italian with large old staircase up to B&B. Our room was not the most attractive, having seen photos of the other rooms, but was adequate and had a beautiful view of Siena countryside, which was what I...

My wife and I stayed at Palazzo Bulgarini for one night on 3 June 2016. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Our room had a balcony with a stunning view that overlooked the Tuscan countryside and the old city wall. Sara was very helpful in explaining parking procedures for our car, which was a 10 minute...

We were met by the friendly Sara who showed us around. Fantastic and ancient place in a perfect spot in sienna. The room was absolutely stunning, with a view over the flourishing garden (which is hard to believe when you are in the middle of the city center). Great breakfast and fantastic and friendly service. Truly one-of-a-kind type of experience....

This is a wonderful bed & breakfast establishment. It is well-run; Sara was very helpful in arranging our visit, including the parking of our car during our stay. Our room was wonderful (Girasole): quiet; overlooking the garden below. The breakfast was very good. The location is ideal; a short walk (about 5-10 minutes) from Il Campo (the main piazza of...

We were really happy with the size of the room during our stay here. Sara was really helpful directing us with the parking situation and recommending places to visit nearby. The wifi is great and the breakfast was amazing too. We will certainly visit again.

I loved my stay at Palazzo Bulgarini. My room was wonderful, overlooking the hillside, and with a charming, spacious interior. The main downside, in my room's case, was a private bath not in the room but down the hall. But this was only a small negative (a bit of noise early one morning was the only other). Sara, the B&B's...

We loved this B&B! Sara stayed to check us in early (owners are not on site all of the time). She arranged to have a man pick up our car and park it and notified the authorities so that we would not be ticketed for driving into the old town. This cost us 25€ per night, but was worth it....

I stayed at Palazzo Bulgarini in the Orchid room for 2 nights and have slightly mixed feelings about the place. To start with the positives, the location in Siena can't be beat. You're right in the historic centre of the town and close to all the major sites. The rooms are large, look wonderful, and are full of character -...

Very spacious room with lovely view. Breakfast spread good. Able to walk to and from bus station for transport from Florence and to Rome. Also easy walk to Piazzo del Campo and several good restaurants. Very friendly owner was helpful before and during our stay. Bathroom large by European standards (and even American, for that matter). Only note I would...

Central location - all major sites reachable on foot. Very clean accommodation with large rooms full of character and stunning views from back of hotel. Comfortable bed and acceptable free wifi connection bFree breakfast offered broad continental selection with delicious cakes and supreme cappuccinos. Staff were warm and hospitable. Lack of onsite parking only inconvenience.
