#34 of 76 B&Bs / Inns in San Gimignano
Casale Gregoriano, country Bed and Breakfast and holiday apartments, is situated on the countryside of San Gimignano (Sienna) with a view on the Towers of the ancient village. The Casale Gregoriano offers a b&b accommodation on superior level, elegantly refurbished holiday apartments that still preserve the warm of Tuscan tradition. They are very fine with the barrel-vaults or the cross-vaults at the first floor, and the chest-beamed ceiling that suits very well the high quality furnishing.

Delightful one night stay on a walking trip. Check in was by ‘Nonna’ who was delightful and arranged a couple of beers. The courtyard was a blissful oasis - and it is where supper was served. The room was clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. The evening meal was simple home cooked and delicious. We were leaving very early and the owners had provided a packed breakfast for us which we ate a little later. Overall a really nice stay in a very well situated location.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff at the Casale were absolutely fantastic. So welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Paolo especially so. The rooms were big, clean, air con and Wi-fi, the pool was perfect, the chateau itself was charming and though the breakfast was simple, it was a delight and with a wonderful view. The bus into San Gim was just opposite the accommodation and the walk home is only 15 mins. We went as a group of friends but the chateau it perfect for families, friends or couples. I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. We will be returning!

This place looks great in the photos but the rooms are not quite as good in the flesh. Our bathroom smelled a bit bad and there is a €15 charge if you use the kitchen!! Otherwise, the view from the tables out the front is spectacular and the pool area is very nice. The owners were also very friendly.

Large rooms (almost a suite), great views, and a nice 2-3 km walk into San Gimmy. Bus stop just out the front if the distance is a concern. Very nice and easy breakfast with very friendly hosts. Highly recommended.

The landscape is beautiful. Owners are friendly and welcoming. The wine is good. Breakfast is European style. The location is good to reach easy to San Gimignano Old Center by bus. You can take the dinner at the property.
