Gorgeous room with vaulted stone ceiling, complete kitchen and well-appointed dressing area and bath- the most comfortably luxurious room I've stayed in since I slept in Ferdinand and Isabella's monastery palace/pension as a child. I even took home ideas to improve my kitchen from the chic/traditional design in the kitchenette area. The owner's kindness made our stay extra special, not...

My family stayed here for three nights im June (two teens and two adults) and we loved it. The rooms were spacious, and the pool and service were great. There was a situation with the bathroom however, where it smelled slightly of leaky sewage. But this was not a huge problem, since we weren't in the room that often.

Perfectly situated for local tourism, this accommodation offers dinner and the breakfast was comprehensive. The rooms are nicely decorated and the hosts were friendly. There was free, secure parking down the road a little. A potentially great stay was marred by the absolutely awful pillows on the bed - poor sleep = poor experience.

The breakfast was very disappointing. On the website, the owners deceive people by leading them to believe that they will receive a delicious breakfast including a large omelet. In actual fact, they didn't even have breakfast tea and the omelet was miniscule, served up on on a tiny saucer. I have added a more comprehensive critique below. Upstairs bedroom Very...

This great B&B! Was the perfect place to spend a romantic getaway weekend. The grounds were beautiful, private secure parking and our room was amazing! We had a 2 floor room that would have been perfect for a family but it served us well as we were traveling with another couple and used our downstairs area to spend a lovely...

Very friendly staff. Best breakfast in hotels in Italy! Scrambled eggs were fantastic and all other food - all made with love! Nice swimmingpool and books in diffrent language. You can feel yourself as a family member. If you like to walk on trails and see San Gimignano, this is right place to stay.
