Booked for two nights , I chose this hotel as it's close to the leaning tower . It's classed as four star , unfortunately the very tired decor and room where a let down so I would only say a 3 for now . My bed was rock hard with two small flat as a pancake pillars. The bathroom was...

I spent here 3 nights in February. It's a nice hotel with decent size rooms. From the airport l took the LAM ROSSA bus to Bonnano5 station and then with the GPS I reached the hotel in about 5 minutes. The hotel is easy to spot. As l entered l didn't quite liked the sofas from the lobby, it seemed...

Nice lobby, rooms simple, hairdryer awful, breakfast ok, but coffee very bad! Location ok. Easy and quite shoet walk to the Leaning Tower and Old Town. Wi-Fi didnt work at all. It tried to work at the lobby, but not fluently.

Just stayed for one night so we could see the Tower and the Cathederal. Perfectly located for that. We had a "suite" all it needed was a kissing gate coz we had to keep getting out of each other's way! Very hard mattress but that is personal taste. Clean and tidy. Staff excellent apart from one man on reception who...

I stayed here for a few days for work in late winter. I think I managed to get a slightly discounted rate by booking through the airline. The hotel is a little way out of the city centre, however, Pisa is a very small city and it is easy to get around by foot or on bike. I think it...

My stay at Grand Bonanno was pleasant. The housekeeper (don't know the name) always greeted and always smiled. I decided to have a meal at the hotel's restaurant on my 2nd night and could not understand the menu as I am a vegetarian. The staffs were kind enough to make me a separate meal to cater my needs. Really thankful!

There was nothing really wrong with this hotel it just wasn't what we expected from a 4-star hotel. It was extremely dated in it's decor and the rooms were very basic. The rooms were small with a small bathroom (no bath) and a desk in front of the bed. The decoration was what I would expect from a 70s bed...
