Huge 2 room suite with private terrace for breakfast. Newer red marble bathroom. gorgeous interior decor with high ceilings and antique furniture. LAURA was a wonderful hostess and her entire team were just great. There is street noise despite the good windows some of which could be lessened by fixing an uneven manhole in the street just in front of the building. WE WILL COME BACK FOR SURE

YOU MIGHT NOT BE GIVEN AN HOTEL ROOM (although you'll pay for it)! FOR YOUR SANITY AND WELL BEING, DO NOT STAY HERE! Although the other "rooms" might be different this is a total gamble. We booked a double room and once arrived they assigned us "room" 410 which is outside of the main building (shelter is the best description to the place). There are in fact, at least, 2 "rooms" in this backyard shelter (410 & 411) ... I don't know if inside the main building there are any other dungeons... Where to start the indescribable hideous place we were given for a price of an hotel room: the aluminum door with a brown plastic sheet covering the top of the door (possibly a glass area) is the first sight of what's expecting you; inside, the 'room' the window is at a high level and obviously frosted glass so you can't look anywhere (like you possibly find in a prison!); The bad mattress is terribly uncomfortable... once we laid down we felt rather itchy (!!) and a bed head is full of stains; Toilet: mold and loose toilet characterize this disgusting space. Clearly there’s mold in different areas of the sleeping and wet areas (which they call room and toilet!!) thus they covered them with plaster and other materials (like those next to the wash basin) to hide the disgrace of this filthy place. WiFi: one single connection which sometimes works. The only positive aspect is the location which is quite close to the main attractions. Having said that Pisa is a small city which can easily be explored by foot so one can be more flexible on accommodation location.

The hotel is on the main Street so it was pretty noisy but the room was lovely. The decoration is really pretty and refined. The hostess was very friendly but I believe she needs more staff as she was doing all jobs on her own. Breakfast was delivered in the room due to Covid. It was a very bizarre choice of items. No fresh bread, just biscuits and biscottes. The croissants were not great. And no butter at all..

Dear Laeticosta, thank you for your precious review. We are really glad that you enjoyed the room so much! Our staff is properly trained and can solve every problem, busy situations can happen but everything is carryed out in a few minutes. The breakfast we serve is continental, we have a wide range of products the guests can choose such as croissants, bread, biscuits, tarts, rusks, yogurt, juices and every kind of hot and cold drink, and we recently put butter in as well. If there was no fresh bread or butter the day you stayed in our hotel, we apologize for that but I can guarantee you that you will find them and much more if you plan to stay again in our hotel. We really look forward to it!

We only spent one night in Pisa on the way home from Southern Tuscany. We arrived by car and knew we would only have little time to visit the sigths, so chose a hotel in the proximity of the famous Campo dei Miracoli. The hotel is very easy to find, parking space behind the house - you need to know your car, the court has italian dimensons... The looking out of the window of the room - and the leaning tower was just a few 100 Meters away. Very nice and warm welcome, very good support with restaurant and sightseeing hints. The room in the old villa nice and tastefull, very high ceiling. At the moment, the breakfast is served in the room (Covid pandemic) instead of on a buffet, but the owner makes big efforts to make it generous and look nice, and to serve it exactly at the agreed time. A very, very pleasant experience.

Dear guest, thank you for taking your time to write abous us. We appreciate your kind words about our staff, the hotel itself and the breakfast service. We know that our parking entrance isn't the biggest in town but we have to remember that the Villa was built more than 100 years ago, the entrance hasn't been projected for today cars unfortunately. Neverthless, with the right amount of carefulness, almost every car can fit in our parking. Those who can't can park at the gas station in front of the hotel where we have some parking spots reserved for our guests. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again in our hotel in the following future.

This hotel is located just minutes from the lovely Leaning Tower of Pisa. We were welcomed in a timely and friendly manner and shown to our room which was huge, even with a 2nd bedroom in it. It was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was lovely. Pisa is not as picturesque as other parts of Italy, but the hotel is well located for the main tourist attraction and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The one thing we found slightly disappointing was the breakfast. This is available at a small extra cost, but in if I was there again we would go out for breakfast. On the whole though a really lovely brief stopover.
