We are from France and are used to nice hotels...this is a 5* hotel , but isn't quite as 5* as what we are used to in France. Traveling with a 7month old baby, we found that we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The staff is multilingual, extremely attentive to your needs, and did an excellent job at providing...

What an excellent stay! I just spent three wonderful days at this jewel of an hotel. The location is fabulous: steps from the Duomo, while away from the tourist crowds. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with taste and comfort, luxurious sheets and towels, and very very quiet. The excellent breakfast is beautifully presented and served in the charming hotel garden....

The hotel was very good. We were welcomed and looked after. It is very central, has a delightful area for sitting out in and the staff were very attentive. The room was fascinating and well appointed although we never fully mastered the aircon. Breakfast was good. There is a small pool in the outside area. This was a treat and...

I have stayed only one night but the hotel is very pleasant. The breakfast buffet could be improved though.

We were in Pisa for a wedding so wanted to stay somewhere nice and central for some sightseeing. Only a 10 minute drive from the airport, check in was welcoming and quick. The restaurant was closed on our arrival which was disappointing but the receptionist found us a table in a nice restaurant within walking distance. Room was very nice,...

Theoretically I only spent half a night in this hotel due to the fact that I had to leave at 4.15am for my flight at Pisa. I was lucky enough to get myself a single room for around £65 using hotels.com . Other websites were charging a lot more so I thought I got a good deal considering all the...

We stayed at this hotel for a night on our way to Rome. Its location could not be better, as it is only a few minutes away from PIsa's main touristic attractions, and yet it is in a quiet little street. Our room was spacious (especially according to Italian standards), quiet, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was ok,...

We spent two nights here recently, and though we loved the location, the bed that we had was very uncomfortable - hard as a board. Not sure if this differs from room to room, but we didn't ask to change since we were staying for a short duration. Otherwise, I agree with all the other reviews I read - down...

A lovely comfortable hotel in the heart of Pisa. Ideally situated for the Leaning Tower, Duomo and the old town. A short taxi ride from the Airport and a comfortable walk to the station. The room was very nice, of average size but nicely furnished in period furniture. Comfortable bed and quiet. The bathroom was good but the hot water...

My stay for one night was at the end of a long dusty week on trains during the volcanic ash crisis. It is beautiful, spotless and peaceful. The warmth of all the staff was second to none. After a shower in my small but stylish single room, with glass doors opening onto the garden, I joined other guests in the...
