The hotel is a piece of history in the heart of Pisa. The rooms are huge and they kept the furniture and old look. The only downside is the lack of A/C, but they offer the fan instead. Our room had a cute balcony facing the river. Recommend 100% and will go back next time I'm in Pisa. They also have a rooftop where you can enjoy the evening aperitivo

I was meant to stay at this hotel in the beginning of August. However, due to COVID, the hotel was closed. We only received this message a few days before our stay. Nevertheless, we managed to book another hotel and everything was fine. It has now been almost 4 months since our initial stay, but still after more than 5 emails, I haven't received my money back. They keep telling me that they have a lot of refunds to process, but it shouldn't take this long, and I'm afraid I won't receive my money back ever. Wouldn't book again.

This is a fabulous hotel and really good value for money. It's got a lovely unique character that you don't get with chain hotels. The room was excellent value and the hotel has a good top terrace with excellent views of the Dome and Tower. I was really impressed with the breakfast and can't wait to stay here again.

I am pregnant and was traveling with my 2year old son and husband.we stayed at this hotel on second floor.Room was so untidy, out dated, mosquitoes, bathroom was stingy ,bedsheets not fresh. Also we lost our head fone at hotel room and we realized it after we reached the next destination (Venice) after 2 days.we contacted them through email but no response . only plus point was that part of leaning tower and dome was visible from roof top and walkable distance from it.overall very bad experience after the pleasant experiences from lake como and Monaco.sorry to say but very disappointing guys!!should improve a lot especially during these pandemic time when people are already hesitant to travel.

Rooms are dated and dirty Location is 5 star and worth staying here just for the roof top terrace alone. STUNNING views of the tower Staff incredibly friendly and polite Just need to update the rooms and thoroughly clean them... bedding was dirty...shower cord really dirty and the brown toilet roll isn't a great choice Fair price
