If you are looking for a modern room with all of the newest technology, this is not the place for you! If you want an authentic Tuscan experience, look no further. The owner and her family were wonderful and very hospitable. The grounds are stunning and the villa from the 1700's is a true jewel to stay in. Make sure...

Just stayed at this wonderful accommodation for 3 nights. It's was the highlight of our holiday and we felt very privileged to be able to stay in such a beautiful building. The house is like a stately home with wonderful furniture and paintings. It's set in the hillside with lovely views. The family are really lovely and so helpful and...

This is an amazing way to experience traditional Tuscany. Hotel Fabbrica di San Martino is tucked away in the countryside a short drive from Lucca and is surrounded by breathtaking scenery. This villa and farmhouse were a fantastic find and I really recommend a visit. The owner, Giovanna, gave us a tour of the villa and told us all the...

My husband, two teenage daughters and I stayed in one of the apartments in Fabbrica di San Martino for 5 nights in mid-June. We had a wonderful time. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable and the views from it (we were on the first floor) were stunning. We treated ourselves to breakfast every day and it was such a...

Set in the gorgeous countryside, with breath taking views both from our suite and the veranda you have breakfast. Breakfast was very nice, very generous. Served at the main house on the porch with views of the countryside and vineyard. The owners are sure to provide you what you need/prefer. The little cakes filled with chocolate were our favourite. It...

Drove up and down via pieve S. Sanfano trying to find the location until we finally found a dirt side road with a small sign indicating the location. Only problem was there was a chain barricade that blocked our car from entering. So we walked down the dirt to house number 2511 where we were greeted at the driveway with...

My replay is very simple: I didn't meet who wrote this review as they arrived at the first building on the road to get here where there is a private house with name and surname of the owner. I don't understand how they could write a review about a place that they didn't see and where they didn't stay at...

My partner and I concluded a two week trip to Tuscany with a three night stay at Fabricca di San Martino. Giovanna and Giuseppe were exceptional hosts! We stayed in one of the apartments in the farmhouse and found it restful and delightful. The furnishings were "rustic Tuscan," exactly what one might anticipate in a "farmhouse." While we had no...

First of all this is not a hotel. It is a small bed and breakfast with only a few rooms. We stayed in the larger suite in farmhouse and I though it was an excellent value for how nice the property was. It was quaint, clean and very spacious. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived for...

My daughter, wife and I stayed here during the hot July last year for 3 nights. Had a fantastic stay. The owners are so welcoming and helpful, we felt immediately at home. This property is genius in a number of ways... 1. Breakfast on the front patio area looking out to the tuscan hills.. The food beautifully presented and deliciously...
