The hotel is ideally situated to visit the city on foot. The room was comfortable and the 'trompe l'oeil' on the walls was most attractive; the bathroom very modern and clean, plenty of white towels. It was very quiet at night. If you find the pillow a little ftat the staff will provide extra ones and if the mattress is...

Located in a narrow street near the city centre and most of the sights to see, this hotel is really worth a visit. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. If you need a tip about where to eat or what to do, just ask and you'll get the best information a local can provide. The room...

We spent 2 nights there, the room was nice and well furnished, but the mattress was really hard. I would definitely come back ... but an advise to the direction please change for a softer...

Ciao Domenico, many thanks for your kind words. It is always nice to see that we are doing a good job. About the matress, you gave us a good advice and a smart idea. A last minute find so not much choice of rooms but it was spacious and comfortable and the employees were helpful and kind. Breakfast was decent and worth it, offering choices of baked goods, juices, meats, cheeses, etc.

We stayed here for one night en route to Florence. The hotel is very well located for the railway station, 10 minutes easy walk away straight through the nearest city gate. Located on a quiet street just a narrow alley away from one of the many busy squares, it is a great location. The front of the hotel looks inviting,...
