I have been in Lucca 2 nights only. Although it's not an hotel, but just a rooms to rent place, it's really beautiful. Don't expect the hotel service, you will be disappointed. But if you are looking for big rooms and bathrooms nicely furnished, then this is the right place. I won't suggest it to people with small children, prams,...

very bad experience indeed! on the phone inwas told to drive to the hotel to drop the luggage and then leave the car at the officsl parking lots. since the hotel didnnot inform the local polica about our arrival we got to heavy fines for traffic violation. even after repeated pleas the hotel did not accept its fault and made...

This place is all right but a bit odd. It's basically a series of apartments which are being sold as tourist accommodation with a small living room, bathroom and bedroom. We had number 2. Overall it was clean and well maintained. The bed was large and comfortable although the room, looking over the street was noisy. The bathroom was new...

This was actually our second stay at these apartments after we had a great experience staying here with a group of friends a few years ago. This time around the hotel management 'lost' our booking (which we had made directly with them) and we had a fair amount of stress trying to resolve their mistake, which definitely took some of...

The suite is big, good bathroom, bed is good. It is clean and comfy. Near from Saint Michele Piazza, 10 minutes from train station by walk. No breakfast, loud noise from street and wifi not so good. There is a lot of restaurants, cafes, stores and gellato near.

We stayed here several nights this July with my kids. The rooms were really large and everything was brand new, and the furniture and decoration of great quality: Certainly worth the price! Maybe having a few plates and glasses and cutlery wouldn't do harm, but even like this we were extremely happy about out stay!

A nice and old building in a small side street to piazza st michele is where you find this small hotel, our room was a suite on the 3:rd floor, beware that the stairs are quite steep , i wish we stayed in a room on the first floor, no restaurant in the building so no breakfast, tv have almost...

Tanya is most accommodating and was such a great hostess! The room was beautiful and so spacious! Very clean, and I could have just stayed in that incredible bathroom!!! Would definitely recommend this lovely place for value, and location!! Near the center, within the walls, just watch carefully for the small name plaque on the wall. We missed it the...

This is a good hotel in an excellent location. The suites are well cared for and newly refurbished. When booking, make sure you are clear about which room you want. Also note that the place has no elevators so the top floor is a heavy assent. I also found the price of room slightly steep compared to what you can...

I highly recommend this hotel for it's location, the cleanliness of the rooms, and especially for the amazing terrace that our friends had in their room. However, in our "suite" that we shared with another couple, our bed was actually a fold-out couch in the living room area. This was not as advertised. Each couple had a private bathroom, and...
