We stayed here for five nights. Kids loved it. Two great pools that don’t get too busy or crowded. Campsite looks lovely no mess. We stayed in a premier chalet which comfortably housed all five of us. The kitchen is quite snug. The restaurant is good, fairly priced with usually good service. Best to book a table though A short drive or bus ride to Florence. Cab is easiest with luggage and will prob cost you about €20. The supermarket has a lot but is perhaps a tad overpriced, and the kids play area a little small and dated maybe. Great staff, nice atmosphere. A short ride from Florence. Would stay here again.
The worst vacation ever. There was no equipment in the kitchen, ants everywhere. In the tents, dirty air conditioning, the whole family fell ill. High fever chills and there was no medication in the supermarket. The reception did not ask if the need for anything left us with a high fever in children and it was their fault that they did not clean the air conditioning and it was fungus. The bed was as hard as a rock and joined by two beds, which meant that we had to sleep separately. Cleanliness also at a low level. Very high prices in the supermarket. Everything looks beautiful in the pictures, unfortunately it is not like that! Waste of money.
The services in the camping were very good and the staff was kind and helpful. By weekend the place became a bit overcrowded, but generally it was still manageable. The only negative surpise for us was that the transfer bus that was advertised to take guests right to the city centre only took us to a square from where another 15-20 minutes walk was required to reach the centre. I believe this should be made clear, as maybe older people or families with smaller kids might find it useful in terms of planning.
Arriving at the campsite, we were greeted matter-of-factly and soberly and assigned our accommodation. Already here we had the feeling of mass processing. We had booked via booking.com and let ourselves be influenced by the good reviews. Maybe the mobile home (stay easy) is already luxury for a camper, but already when entering the narrow, smelly and musty box, which was also full of defects (loose mouldings on the doors, floor in folds, mould, cobwebs) no holiday feeling wanted to arise. The air-conditioning worked poorly and was loud, after one night we voluntarily left the box and departed. The swimming pool was overcrowded and is far too small for the structure, the water warm and murky. At check-out we were not even asked if everything was ok and the reason for leaving. If you are not a camping fan, leave this structure alone. Moreover, the price for this box is ridiculously high, for this money you better go to an agriturismo.…
I recommend you staying here! Wonderful personal, nice pool, kids will love it and so will you! Clean toilets, nice pitch, quite place. It's very nice road to city center to travel with bike. You need 20min cycling next to the river. Really excellent
Erica in the restaurant and Jessica in customer service are outstanding, always smiling and positive Patients specialist with tourists. In general everyone is polite and friendly. It is located in a great area near the city
We stayed in a stay smart cabin which was good for 3 people. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is excellent. The mini fridge is very small though. There is a paddling pool and a deeper pool both very welcome after a hot day of sightseeing. The restaurant is very smart and the food was quite good. However there is no children’s play area or anything like that. If you aren’t driving there’s a shuttle bus but it leaves you quite far from the centre of Florence and doesn’t run in the evening. There is a local bus which is about ten minutes walk from the campsite. There is a play area for younger kids aged up to 7. Unfortunately there isn’t really anything for the 8+ kids and teens, no slides in the pool or other activities for them. The shop sells most foods (it’s quite expensive )but the cabins don’t have any cooking facilities or plates etc. Overall I would say this is a good place to stay if you want to combine some sightseeing with a pool holiday…
Perfect place to stay for a good value for money! Near Firenze centre by shuttle 3€ (round trip) 10 minutes and then walking 20 minutes to Firenze spots. Very clean and organised accommodation. Very nice services (restaurant, laundry, market, pool)! Very kind staff. Good bed, shower, AC and quality of lines furnished. Very recommended !
A very good option to visit Florence with a decent price. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is not the best but it is easy to reach the bus or train. The breakfast area should be larger considering the amount of people staying there.
I stayed at the campsite four days, bungalow n.174, during the pandemic. The security perceived is generally good but still might be improved expecially in the nighttime. The bungalow was comfortable and suitable for my needs, the bed and the shower were ok. I would improve: proposing a feed where also daily cleaning of the room is offered, install mosquitoes nets on doors/windows. For the rest it's ok to stay for a visit to Florence!
