I stayed at this Hotel for three nights while travelling around Tuscany. For the price I paid, I was given a very clean and comfortable room with basic amenities and a decent breakfast. The hotel's location is brilliant, as it is only a 15minute walk to ponte vecchio and the rest of the historic centre. I was also pretty happy... More

We had a room at the front of the building on level 2 which was 4 flights of stairs - no lift. The room was noisy at night mainly from the food vendors located across the road at the river with their music blaring. It was also a busy road so some traffic noise as well. The hotel should not... The reviews on this hotel are very mixed, if you acknowledge that this is a budget hotel, you will be a lot happier... Firstly, the staff are excellent, couldn't be more helpful... Breakfast is sufficient but the installation of an automatic coffee machine would be a big plus... The room was adequate, plenty of space... Downside, our double bed was... More

This hotel is within walking distance of Florence city center! Rooms very spacious with great air conditioner, all rooms are adequate to spend a day or more while in Florence. I just wish there was a mini fridge in the rooms.

We were located near the Arno River along the main walk. There is a beautiful park directly across the street with beer tents and playgrounds. The staff was friendly to us and had great advice for local restaurants and activities.

The blankets provided on the beds were really shabby and uncomfortable. The cleaning staff opened the windows every day so the Room was filled with mosquitos when we got back at night. The guy in the reception were arrogant and the included breakfast so bad (dry bread and brioches, undrinkable coffee and tea-water) we actually went out and payed for... More

Friendly staff and based on other's reviews, we kept the windows closed so no mosquitos. The room was small by US standards (a triple) but had a very high ceiling with wood inlay. Basic breakfast. Parking was good and the let us keep the car in the lot after we checked out.

Pretty good hotel on normal pricing int the overpriced Florence. Quite close to center even by foot - although by bus is 5 min for 1,5 eur per person. Hard to park - everywhere is blue zone, 1,5eur per hour during the day. The hotel offers parking costing 10eur - a good alternative. Rooms were clean, tiny bathroom. Quite old... More

Our group of four stayed in the economy room, which is a small building next to the hotel itself. It was a bit small, but we didn't come to stay in the hotel room. We came to tour the city, so our requirements are basically decent bed, peacefull surroundings, decent breakfast and closeness to the points of interest. This hotel offers... More

Although a little bit shabby, it's a well positioned, well maintained hotel, Clean room, confy bed, private parking, but for extra costs. Breakfast basic, but good: cold cuts, 2 types of cheese, croissant and pastry, joghurt, jams, butter, musli. Only filter coffee. Kind staff. Don't expect much luxury (the professional photos can be misleading), but overall, compared to the rest... More
