Hotel is situated in a calm side street but all sights are in a short walking distance. District is safe. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, personnel is professional but easy going. Good breakfast, and, besides, there are also very good eating places nearby where one can

The stay was alright, but have no big expectations - let it be the room or the breakfast. Of course it's a 3 star hotel, and overall I'd say it's worth its price but especially because of its very central location.

This hotel is located on a quiet side street and not very far at all from the big must-sees. The A/C was great, very nice break from the hot August weather! The only problem we had was the Wifi cutting in and out. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay!

I understand well that in the regular flowing of life writing a bad review is for some people a moment in which they can feel powerful. I mean, what do you expect from a family three stars Hotel? Clean rooms, cozy amenities, safety, reception desk open 24 hoursa day.. At the desk there is a continuous turn over and it is important to ask for guests surname before to give a private key room. It is not requested in cases of long staying when everyone meets same guests.I don't want to reply to your sarcastic and wary description about our staff. We love our staff and we cowork friendly and correctly. I have to avoid to express my opinion about your rude attitude. Next time it is better that you choose an apartment so you are alone in it and no problem about suspected laughing or catastrophe.

This is a plain simple hotel in a wonderful location. It is one block from the Uffizi gallery. The street leading to it is quite busy but the hotel is on a side street that seems more like an alley and it was very quiet and restful. Room 108 is the largest room I have had in
