First time stay at this hotel and did not disappoint! From arrival, the staff were superb, knowledgeable and professional. The room that we stayed in was clean, great amenities and the aircon was a must with the high outside temperatures. The quality of the relaxed dining area, garden & pool were great. A lovely rustic / old farmhouse style. Food was of very high quality too!
We had a wonderful three night stay at Riva Lofts! It is such a calm and relaxing space, a perfect oasis to come back to after a day of sightseeing in the busy city centre. The swimming pool and garden area is lovely (recommend trying the hammock!) and our loft was perfect for what we wanted, plenty of space, luxury toiletries and a super comfortable bed. Free soft drinks in the room was a lovely touch as well. It's a quick and easy tram ride into the centre of Florence (or a nice walk if you have a bit more time) and they offer bikes too. We really enjoyed being out of the city centre - it meant we had a place to really relax and come back to. The staff are also lovely and welcoming, happy to help with any queries or help to order taxis etc. I'd thoroughly recommend staying here and hope to be back ourselves soon!…
Certainly one of the most beautiful Hotel I have ever been. The room are REALLY lofts and are amazing! The pool is great and very friendly personal! I will defenetly come back again! They even offer bikes to explore Florence. Mini bar is for free! AMAZING! GRAZIE MILLE!!!
This wonderful place is located a short tram ride from the main train station. As we had a toddler we relied on the tram to get into the main city, but they did offer bikes to borrow which would make a nice way to get around. Our room was very spacious, with a generous sized bathroom. The room is beautifully appointed and we adored it. The breakfast is nice, with the option to sit by the pool if the weather allows. Not the biggest selection of food, but still very lovely. With a convenient check out time of 11am we really recommend staying here.
Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Riva Lofts in Florence. The main Lounge (where breakfast js served) is gorgeous. The main buildings, surrounds and our rather large loft apartment are all unique and beautiful. The garden and pool is also very nice. The staff are mostly all fantastic, especially the two team members who were working at the main welcome room and the housekeeping team. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is not in the centre of Florence and we really liked being a little bit removed. A tram that runs straight into the centre of Florence (and leaves every 4 minutes) stops only about 200 mts away from the hotel. The tram trip takes about 15 mins and costs 1.5 Euro. Breakfast is simple but well done. Bravo Riva Lofts…. We hope to come back!…
From the moment we walked into Riva Lofts in 2014, we knew there was no where else we'd ever stay in Florence. There is no detail left to chance. The entire property is elegant, cool, relaxing, made for the modern traveler while retaining historic nature of the place. We loved every second of our stay!
The service is excellent. The attention to detail is great and they are super friendly. While we were there we saw several families staying at the same time. The weather was very warm as expected and the kids and adults had a great time around the pool. Breakfast was excellent. When I come back to Florence this is where I’ll stay. FYI TRAM 2drops you off pretty close to the lofts.
Riva Lofts was such a great place to stay for a weekend in Florence. It was so nice to return to after spending time among the crowds in town. The breakfast was amazing and we loved sitting in the garden with our food to start the day. Our room was spacious, comfortable and stylish. All the staff were really friendly and very helpful.
We had an amazing time at Riva Lofts. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed, great bathroom and good l little kitchen. It was spotlessly clean. The garden was a lovely place to sit, away from the bustle of the centre and the pool was a welcome respite from the heat. It is east to get to the centre, with a 30 minute walk, or a short tram ride. There’s also bikes you can borrow for free. The only thing missing was some essentials in the kitchen, would be good to have some oil and salt in the rooms to use.
Beautiful grounds along the Arno river trail near the Sandovino district. Abundant coffee and European breakfast service in the living room, gardens and pool on the grounds. Rooms clean and elegant with mini kitchens and space for +1. Grazie!
