My friend and I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. Not only is it super close to everything and very clean and well maintained, Nadina, the woman who runs it, is so kind. She made breakfast for everyone in the mornings, was flexible with payments, gave a detailed map of her favorite places...

The best hostel experience I've ever had, starting with the wonderful Nadina who was the most welcoming host I've ever seen. You immediately feel like family in her presence and the little touches like a map with hand-written and highlighted recommendations was great, as was a little bottle of wine at the start :) The people that stay at this...

This is my favourite place to stay in Florence. Nadina makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door, as she starts making you a coffee exactly the way you told her you liked it a year and a half ago when you first came to stay. Her heart and soul have gone into this place, and...

Overall would not stay at this hostel, seemed more like a long stay hostel to us since everything was unpacked in the bathrooms. The bathrooms don't look like they have EVER been cleaned, would not call it a hostel but some rooms in a house. The floors were dirty, sheets dirty, no lock on the doors so did not feel...

With a location of a few minutes away from the Duomo, Academia, Uffizi, you could basically walk your way around all the Florence attractions. Having the ideal personality, positive, charming, caring, and kind, Nadina (the owner) is the highlight of the guesthouse. Somehow I felt as if people in the guesthouse were being screened. I made friends with everyone there,...

First of all, Nadina really makes the stay! She is incredibly caring and helpful - the perfect person to run a hostel. She treats you like an honored guest in her home. She is also great a creating community among the visitors. The accommodations are simple but very well kept. There is enough space in the rooms to spread out...

Great location, very clean, and most of all fantastic service. Nadina, the hostel owner, is very kind; she provides free map detailing all the good restaurants and attractions, serves free breakfast, coffee, tea, and occasionally wine, and is above all very amiable. The whole experience felt homely. If there is one thing that could be better about the hostel, it...

Booked the place for my daughter and her friend. Super hospitality to ensure guest comfort. Although it was 3 bed mixed dorm, the two girls got it all to themselves. Were allowed to store their luggage in the dorm itself even after checkout. Bathroom was top class and clean. Location is only 5 minutes away from the bus station, so...

The locations of the hostel is near Firenze S.M.N station about 8 mins walk, that's mean you can walk to see David (Academia museum) and Duomo very easily, I was surprise they did my bed every day! and most of all Nadina, hostel's owner -she is super kind and nice. I was very happy stay there. P.S. If you going...
