Thank you for choosing Ac Hotel by Marriott.
In front of the AC Firenze there is local train Station (30 seconds by walking), the name is "Leopolda". you can take the train at train station of Pisa, and then change the train in Empoli for Florence. Otherwise, if you don't want to change train, you can take train from Pisa to "Santa Maria Novella" station of Florence. There you take the tram for one bus stopped at you arrive among in front of the hotel.
The first choose is better for me.
