We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Diva. The breakfast had good variety and we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was small and the bathroom was small but more than enough space for what we needed - i.e. somewhere to rest up after a busy day walking round Florence. Staff were very helpful especially at reception desk. Overall this hotel is...

Staff were very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was very good (Felt sorry for them that the Rusian gusest were steeling all the food they could) Room walls were a bit thin and you could here a lot of noise from the floor above Generally a great place and we would happily recomend it

Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast (different types of excellent coffee as much as you want,...) Convenient location, less than 2 km from the airport. Rooms are kept spik and span. Bus stop at 100m from hotel. With line 22 it takes 10 to 15 minutes to the old center. Only negative : Lot of noise between rooms (depending of...

I spent a very short night in Diva between my flights in and out of Florence. I got in late (around midnight) and left early (6 in the morning) so I did not have a chance to experience their breakfast. The room (single bed) was small, looked clean, although the lights were rather dim. Not quite as the clean look...

We were visiting Italy to spend a few days in Tuscany. The plan was to fly from gatwick to Florence, pick up the hire car and drive to our villa. Thanks to "Meridiana Fly" we had a very long trip and had to change all of our plans as we only arrived in Florence after 1am the next morning. We...

We booked this as a Tripadvisor pick for a good value hotel for a quick cheap getaway weekend. It does what is says on the tin!! At £135 for three nights B & B this is great value. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it feels like a family run hotel (as it says on the tin!). Our...

We spent three nights of our honeymoon here. It is very conveniently located if you don't want to pay for the privilege of not being able to park anywhere near your hotel downtown. There is a bus route circling the block that takes you right to the heart of historic Firenze or connects to get you anywhere else. Do beware...

Ok it's an ideal location from the airport as it's only 5 mins via a taxi but it's still 13-15 euros to the centre of town but even then the hotel is located in a god damn red light district and when you have kids it's not the best especially when they start asking questions! I wish we had known...

Dear Customer, thank you for the feedback left on Tripadvisor. I'm sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. But I am quite surprised to read that you did not feel welcome. I remember that you and your family forgot all the passports in a villa before arrive in Florence and that our staff tried to explain that without...

The diva hotel is not in the center, that make the price very resounable. The rooms are clean and their is everything you need. They have a great staff , the people in the breakfast room are very friendly and helpful. And off course the breakfast is superb. The busses line running every ten minutes and bring to the center...

Can't express how happy I was with this hotel. We needed a hotel that was close to the airport as we had a 7:30 a.m. flight the next morning. This hotel was just a 5 minute taxi ride to the airport. We were arriving the morning before and wanted to explore Florence all day. We arrived around 10:30 a.m. and,...
