The Annabella Hotel is an unforgettable hotel offering all you need for a stay in Florence. It is clean, cozy, renewed and at 5-10 mins to the cathedral and to the train station. My Dad & I had a lovely stay and would recommend anyone to go there. The staff are really friendly and warm. Breakfast is ok with lots...

Easy access from the main station. But still quiet in spite of the central placement. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly and they found a good room even though we came a day earlier than planned. Fab roof terrasse with sun and shade og flowers where you can enjoy the view to the main church with a...

Close to train station in the center of town and clean. I found getting directions from the staff is mostly a guess. The women who runs or own (not sure which) has a great business sense and knows the area. Her English is better than my Italian and yet she still managed to give the best direction. She has tons...

There would be well over a hundred similar hotels within 200 metres of the railway station so my choice was a stab in the dark. It is typical of this standard of hotel with a comfortable and functional room and a totally modern bathroom. However most pleasing was the cleanliness--it was spotless

Our staying in Hotel Annabella was really heartwarming. The staff of the hotel really took good care of us from the beginning. Our room was really tidy and had a great view from the balcony. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence :)

The staff was very quick and accurate to respond my request. At the occasion of booking i needed some support and the attendant was solicitous, even in other language(english). I strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has the potential to be good, the rooms are nice and the location is good but there are faults which resulted in a frustrating stay. Unhelpful staff - provided minimal advice on things to do in Florence or where to eat. Warning! Hotel will only provide you with 1 map so don't lose it or trash it. Late...

After reviewing the comments and the pictures, we expected much more. We were not impressed. The location is great, 5 - 10 minute walk from train station and within walking distance to major sight seeing attractions. The service was also excellent.

This hotel is located on a street very close to the east side of the main train station, but surprisingly Via Fiume is rather quiet. We had asked for a quiet room and were given a room that overlooked an interior courtyard. This was not scenic (cars parked in the courtyard area and one looked at the back of other...

The room we were given was spacious , clean and charming. The hotel is easy to find from the train station and close to walk to , along with shops, city centre and restaurants. The male receptionist was friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The room was dark for sleeping, and quiet. WIFI 2euro per day, we loved staying here.On...
