We spent one night there. As we arrived the receptonist strongly argueed with her colleague in front of us; it lasted a long time, both ignored us. We had the feeling we were not welcomed. No sense of service. In the room, a unpleasant smell of canalisation. We do not recommend this hotel. There are plently other places which are...

Just stayed one night. The room was comfortable. Convenient to train and attractions. Let us store our luggage so we could see attractions before room was ready. Noisy out side of hotel. WiFi wasn't too strong. Breakfast wasn't of our liking.

Wonderful hotel, very near the train station and have all you need. The staff is very polite and pleasant, the room was very clean and cozy. This hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from the train station. I've stayed at a much better hotel in Florence (across the Arno) but for what we were doing this trip, we wanted something close to the train station for convenience. Annabella Hotel was fine, clean enough, the air conditioning wasn't great but windows helped. The staff...

The room was clean, the location was centrally located, but the downfall is the staff. Not very friendly! Really enjoyed the roof top terrace, but seemed like they didn' t like us up there? It was't great, but it wasn't horrible either.

The location is near the train station which is convenient and the price was a great value. My main problem with the dated rooms was the lousy internet and the fact that there were no English language tv channels. The staff was friendly though , but the place was a bit tired.

The first question is: WHERE DID YOU STAY? Surely NOT HERE because, as President Trump likes to say, you filled your review with FAKE NEWS. First of all, rooms are NOT DATED: the hotel was renovated only FEW YEARS AGO and every year we do maintenance, so rooms and all the place CAN NOT ARE "A BIT TIRED" because they...

Stay away from this hotel. Service was awful and front desk was not friendly. They made us wait for more than 30 minutes because they were arguing we didn't do the full deposit for the room. Since we didn't give up, they accepted us but say that the breakfast wasn't included, we didn't argue any more because we were tired....

I would recommend this place. Cute, close to the main train station(5 minute walk). We only stayed one night, but it was a nice stay. The owner was very helpful, showing on a map where/ what we should see, and how far walking distance everything was. There are cute restaurants located near by.

I'll be honest.... when we first got to the hotel, my fiance and I were pretty spooked out at the entrance and when we walked in and saw the elevator. It looked like something out of a scary movie. Then again, we did get there at 2am. However, once we got up in the morning and went outside and saw...
