We requested a kettle for hot water to prepare food for our baby during the night. But they dont provide kettle. This is negative point for me.

The hotel is located in downtown. The rooms are very comfortable with very clean bathroom: it is absolutely irrelevant that is located on the third floor. A boy from reception desk offered to help me with bags. Can you believe it?

Nice cozy room and very clean bathroom. Large window (like a DOOR!), the room was very quiet and full of light: very comfortable bed and A/C was perfect. You can reach the traditional market and San Lorenzo's church easily: short walking distance to everything too!....More
About 3 min of walk from the railway station Santa Maria Novella. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is nothing to complain. The room has AC. So the temperature in the room is quite comfortable in the summer.

San Lorenzo’s lively merchants shout out from behind stalls with an array of products in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Florence. Different ethnic groups join together in the large outdoor market of San Lorenzo and in the Central Market, a vast multi-floored building. Visitors are bound to fall in love with this area and in particular, with its variety of food, especially those focusing on
Florentine dishes as well as international selections. Nobody leaves San Lorenzo without a shopping bag in hand or with an empty stomach.
