Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hotel is modern. The location is not the best, because it is located in a very busy street, however the rooms are well soundproofed. The rooms are equipped with safe, minibar, TV, Ethernet socket, coffee machine or tea. Very large bathroom, too bad that the holes of the shower head (ceiling) and hand shower were clogged with limestone.
The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired: the floor was a bit dirty and there was dust on some shelves of the exposed wardrobe.
Breakfast is more about sweet than savory. There is no bar: for hot drinks there are ad hoc machines. Excellent American coffee and I guarantee that this is not always the case.

I was on a bus trip and the company chose this hotel. It was a little out of town but that was fine for me as we used the coach to get around. The room was a little overheated as most hotels in Europe are but was still comfortable. It would be great if there was a USB or power point next to the bed so you can use your phone as an alarm easier. All in all happy to recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport; we selected it because we had an early flight and needed to turn in a car. It is modern and clear. The room was comfortable and quiet and the bed was nice. There is no food service and the neighborhood is residential versus touristy.

The room was disgusting. It smelled like raw sewage and the bathroom was a moldy nightmare. This should be listed as a one-star hotel. The only receptionist clearly hates her life and wants to make everyone around her miserable We asked for help finding a market (for air fresheners to cover up the sewage and mold) and she couldn’t have been less helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me. This would be considered a gross one star in most parts of the world. Avoid at all costs

Nice hotel. Room was clean and the service was good. The breakfast was very nice. Bacon, eggs, sausage, selection of cereals, pastries and fruits. Good price at €10 p/p. The hotel is only a ten minute walk from the local tram stop, so you can get into florence city centre in around 25 minutes.

What I liked ·
the building is very beautiful and I liked the decor.
large room with 2 environments.
excellent cleanliness of the bathroom.
friendly staff.
strategic location: close to the motorway, airport, bus stop and tramway.

What they didn't like ·
cleanliness of the room (not the bathroom) to be reviewed.
empty minibar.
immediately after booking (months before the stay) I requested the possibility of using a parking space in the property's car park, which promptly replied that I would have parking with them without problems.
I often travel around for work, if I know I will reach a hotel by car, I always check that it has parking and make sure I have a guaranteed place, otherwise I look for other solutions, but here I was guaranteed that everything was ok.
upon our arrival we found the structure's car park completely full (I counted a maximum of 10 cars packed in and it is shared with the carpet shop adjacent to the structure, therefore absolutely not up to the requests). I should have read the reviews better... I'm not the only one to have reported the same problem.
to be able to check in I had to park the car in the supermarket about 200m from the hotel. during check-in I was told that there was no room and that at most I would have to leave the car behind the others and give the key to the staff to move it if necessary (a request to which I always respond negatively and which leads me to look for other parking solutions).
after going out for dinner and returning around midnight, the property's car park was full again and it was not possible to leave the car there. we had to wander around for about 30 minutes and then give up at a paid street car park (obviously unattended) about 500m away.
for some this may not be a problem, but if the hotel says it has parking, says that I can park in the facility upon specific request, in my opinion it must guarantee that this happens because the customer must be free to decide not to parking your car on the street in places you don't know.

I've never seen such an unreasonable and rude hotel before.
Yesterday, I received a call that I could not get a refund even though I couldn't stay because my flight was not able to fly due to the paralysis of the entire European system. As soon as the flight cancellation was confirmed, I sent an e-mail requesting a refund to Tripbtoz and contacted the hotel, but it was not connected. The very next day, I talked about the situation, but I received a short answer that it was not possible at once.Tripbtoz called twice and I also emailed specifically to request politely, but their strange answer was that it was already processed as a no-show and it was difficult to reverse.
Because of this hotel, I strongly felt that I never want to travel to Europe again.
The image that Italy is really an unfriendly and rude place was created. I have no fault at all, but in this case, I would like to ask the hotel about how international travelers can contact the hotel immediately.

No hot water in shower even though I informed front desk twice. They did nothing. No signs available on the doors and housekeeping barged in twice. Clean decent rooms. Close to airport. You can find better service for the money.

The welcome was good, check-in was quick and smooth. The room is comfortable, but the furnishings are truly from the 80s. Comfortable bed and there are almost all the necessary accessories (kettle, coffee machine, minibar, TV, etc.). The shower needed to be reviewed (the shower head on the ceiling was broken, the water power was poor) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work. Good breakfast with a nice choice of both sweet and savory. There is parking, although small. It is about 15/20 minutes from the center and close to the airport.

The location of the hotel is outside of the city centre Florence. Just 10 minutes walk to tram station. Get your tram tickets at a kiosk, as central station is running out of tickets easily. Just 20 minutes by tram to city centre. Hotel needs a renovation as it looks old and tired. Brownish colours for curtains and interior design. No English language TV channel available! Breakfast buffet is ok, yet needs some asian dishes. Staff is helpful, yet not informative. For a short stay of 2-3 nights sufficient. Supermarkets close by.

We had actually rented a car, but the staff at the hotel were very helpful. You could contact them to arrange a transfer. J
