This was an excellent hotel. The food was good, the rooms were quiet, and it definitely deserves its current number one spot as the best hotel in Florence. Definitely coming back! Overall it just added to a great trip!

I was on a bus trip and the company chose this hotel. It was a little out of town but that was fine for me as we used the coach to get around. The room was a little overheated as most hotels in Europe are but was still comfortable. It would be great if there was a USB or power point next to the bed so you can use your phone as an alarm easier. All in all happy to recommend this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, spotless rooms, delicious hot breakfast. Needed a place to stay before an early morning flight. Short cab ride to the airport; also close to new tram line which goes directly to Florence city center. Needed a converter to charge my IPhone and they had a nice variety at the front desk which they made available. Front desk personnel spoke English and happily called a cab for me.

Clean, contemporary room in a small hotel close to the airport. Needed a place for early flight and this was perfect. While the airport location is excellent, it is far from the major sights and a cab ride is necessary. Quick check in and friendly helpful staff.

The "large mattress" was two single mattresses pushed together, which didn't even have the usual thin foam pad covering the top to give the illusion of one large mattress. More importantly, in my second floor bathroom shower, the water temperature changed quickly and unexpectedly sometimes to very hot and then to very cold, repeatedly, about once every two minutes, whether showering at night or in the morning. This place looks nice, but the basics don't work.

The hotel property looks very good although not in a nice location in Florence I spent only one night before flying next day so I chose it due to the proximity to the airport Unfortunately I had a very hard time sleeping because of the very noisy air conditioning which I finally had to turn off Other problem I had was with the supposedly “parking policy” that asked for leaving the car key to let the employee move the car “elsewhere “ . I did not appreciate neither the reasoning for that since if the parking beside the hotel had free slot I would park in it and see no reason my car should be moved, nor the mood of the employee that told me to park in the street if I didn’t like it

Stayed 2 nights while in Florence .. very close to Airport ,Rooms are clean and modern but small, bed comfortable and hotel was very quiet, Staff friendly and eager to help . Local Tram is convenient, 1 block up and over so getting to the center of Florence takes less than 20 min and 1.5 euros each way. Free parking available...Defiantly will stay again and recommend this location

This boutique hotel was very welcoming. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The front desk agent was very helpful and polite. (this was our 3rd city we visited and all other hotel staff were very rude) There were restaurants in walking distance which were great. The tramvia was also down the so you can get to the Center in 15 minutes. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return if we go to Florence again.

What a dream come true! Each morning I started my day with an excellent continental breakfast. There were comfortable beds with clean rooms. At night, I relaxed at the wonderful roof top bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

A quick ride from the airport to this hotel makes it convenient for next day travel. Well appointed, comfortable bed and pleasant staff. I can recommend the Peruvian restaurant across the road too. I did not dine at the hotel so am unable to comment
