I visited this hotel with my friends in November. The first advantage is the location: So central that it was extremely easy to walk to all basic sightseeing!
The room not only was very comfortable but it was cleaned and tidied every day, having clean towels as well except for the last day before leaving, which made sense to me and I had no problem with that. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food to taste and I couldn't resist the flavour of italian coffee even if it was from the machine, which can be risky sometimes. Unforunately we had so many things to visit in Florence, so there was no time to live the spa experience! So I couldn't express any opinion.
All in all it was a very pleasant stay and when I revisit Firenze, it will be the hotel I will choose..again!

My boyfriend surprised me with a stay here for our 4 year anniversary. I loved all the sketches and paintings decorating the walls around the lobby. The mattress in our room was firm which we prefer! There wasnt exactly a terrace but the windows opened fully and there was a small step with a fence you could look out over which was nice. The room also came with a computer with fast wifi so we used that for Netflix. We only ever came into contact with the receptionist/security guard (there were 2) and they were very pleasant. They helped my boyfriend place flowers in our room too. The best part was the private spa room with a huge jacuzzi, sauna, and rainforest shower head which we had to ourselves for around 3 hours! The next morning we got a typical italian breakfast, a cappuccino and a croissant and checked out the view of the duomo from the rooftop terrace. It was honestly just what we needed for a night to celebrate us!

The first strong point of the structure: the location. In the centre, very close to all the possible visits and walks to do in the city. This allows you to manage the day by feeling: if you want to go out a little later you won't waste much time since you can reach the city center in 10/15 minutes.

As soon as we got to our room we immediately noticed some fur and hair in the sheets, so we asked to have them replaced while we went out walking (I think they did). The boy at the reception took care of it and was left with my note, not knowing exactly how to react or respond (a sign of inexperience) and was then convinced that he would find a solution.
Upon entering the room we noticed a heavy odor similar to that of the bathroom/sewer drain. We didn't complain about it because we solved it by opening the window (even if it meant letting the cold in) and spraying air fresheners. But every time we returned to the room after a day out, the smell returned.
The toilet flush did not stop on its own after pressing the large button, but continued to throw out water indefinitely. We had to push him again to stop him.
The walls of the rooms are not too thick or soundproofed, so much so that you can clearly hear the neighbor snoring during the night and also the draining of the bathrooms in the neighboring rooms (unacceptable).
The mini fridge in the room wasn't cold, we left several half liter bottles there for a whole night, but in the morning they were at room temperature.
During the night the lamp in the room emitted strange sounds like mini and short electric discharges, as if there was something that wasn't making good contact inside, annoying noises while trying to fall asleep.
At checkout we paid the tourist tax, but the receptionist gave us €10 more in change than we should have received. We realized this while we were taking one last walk around the center before going to the station, so on the way back we mentioned it (since we are honest people), but not even a thank you from him, just a look with a nod of the head like saying “ok, give them back to me”. At the moment of payment, shortly before, she had started chatting with colleagues and was quite distracted.

Stayed here for two nights. I’d made sure it had air conditioning as Italy is so hot in July. There were two adults and two children in our party, but the family rooms shown online didn’t resemble the room at all. Four beds squashed together. The room faced the street, the windows wouldn’t open in the room and the aircon wouldn’t work. Every Tim we adjusted the thermostat, reception overrode our request and whacked it up high again. In the end I slept (for just a few hours) on the floor as it was tiled and the coolest place. But boy was it hard! To get some air circulating we opened the small bathroom window, so we had the strong aroma of sewage wafting into the room all night. By night two I was so overly hot and tired I was in tears. But to top it off, we’d checked before leaving England that they offered overnight parking. When we arrived they told us THEY had to park the vehicle, as it was a private car park (there was literally nowhere else to park). Since arriving back in the UK we’ve been sent a traffic violation of hundreds of Euros, where the hotel’s driver got caught on camera!!! No photo sent so can’t even prove it’s not us. And you can only reply in Italian - mine is non-existent. Absolutely disgusted. He would’ve known he was driving into a ‘restricted area’ yet decided we could take the hit. Right in the middle of a recession. There are no words .... except avoid this place.

The hotel is indeed in the center of Firenze , but the street is not quite a “nice” one.
The hotel is old , the mattress was very uncomfortable, I had to ask at reception to change the entire bad because was smelly .
On top of everything the “included breakfast” was not even close to a good or fair one, we had to go out to have breakfast.
I will not go back there , and if you are looking for something in the area you can easily find many mote options on the corner.

This hotel is on a side street about two blocks from the Florence train stain, the tour bus pickup/drop off area, the leather goods and factory area, and lots of street vendors and restaurants. The cost is below 100 euro, and breakfast is included. Breakfast is more than ample and the food better than most. There are both inside and outside patio seating. (Check out the faded artwork on the walk of the dining area. - Shown)

Management and hotel workers are responsive to your needs.

Our room overlooked the patio area and the eastern part of the city (shown).

Would stay there again.

Hotel ok, it is absolutely NOTHING like the photos which I was very shocked at. Completely and uttering different!!

Good Points - Clean, comfortable bed, Breakfast OK, close to Rail, Tram Line is at the end of the road and central for attractions.

Bad Points - this is not a hotel or a spa! The photos are nothing like what you see, our room was completely different, the spa ( is a hot tub & sauna and €40 for 2 hours minimum 2 people), Check in was just a key handed to me, no explanation of anything, no bar area, no lounge area to sit, nothing. The hotel staff are ok if you speak to them but do not go out of their way to converse or help. The breakfast area is not how the photo is, it's basically a kids playground with a few cramped in chairs and tables. Although the breakfast is constantly refilled they are miserable and tell you off for putting a clean cup on the table ( which didn't have a table cloth ) The coffee machine is open all day/ night however the milk is padlocked away in the fridge - not helpful !! The yard is literally just that, a yard. Noise travels up from the ground and at 5am this morning the hotel staff were very noisy. Situated between 2 hostels in a road with contact road works ( I get it had to be done). They're are so many nicer hotels ( as I say this is not a hotel, it is a bed & breakfast at best! ) Overall luckily the bed was clean and comfortable but that's it's saving grace! Wouldn't go back unless huge improvements were made.

More than correct hotel in the center. The location is good, especially if you are going to have tourism: close to the main monuments, very close to the tram line that takes you directly to the Florence airport and also close to the train station, in case you want to take a getaway to another city. The room is relatively spacious, although it still has a key, and the bathroom is quite new. Breakfast is good, with sweet, salty, non-dairy milk and lactose-free products. Good wifi and friendly staff.

Excellent but...
Hotel located in an excellent location, close to the center and close to the station. It is very clean with daily towel change.
The continental breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
However, the room we took, a triple, was a bit small. The double bed is attached to the wall which is very uncomfortable to get into bed. Even the TV is not well connected...The bathroom, in addition to being small and without windows, does not have accessories such as toothbrush holders, towel holders, etc...It's a shame

Very well located hotel, a stone's throw from the train station and the tram which provides a shuttle to the airport in twenty minutes, also close to the city center on foot.
Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, double glazing on the windows, renewed towels and bed made up every day. Discreet, pleasant and smiling person.
Particularly complete breakfast, savory and sweet, there is something for all tastes and all diets!
The price may seem high, but it is very good value for money compared to accommodation prices in Florence.
Only note: the common areas are a bit noisy, we were unlucky because a group of teenagers were staying at the same time as us and were particularly noisy.
