For a visit to this magnificent city, the Manzoni is the perfect venue.Every consideration is unconditionally catered for. From the moment we arrived to our reluctant departure,we were treated royally. We're definately re-booking.We would ,however strongly advise anyone not to bring a car.It would be pointless, and anyway, parking is impossible.Taxis and the bus service are local and easily available.

Not only the place is well located, clean and charming but also it is managed for one the kindest persons ever. We visit it with our family and we all had a great experience, after we left the place, my sister realized her family had forgotten their passports in the room and the owner was so kind to send them...

Great place to stay... Small cozy B&B located at Piazza Beccaria in Florence; about a 10 min ride from the main train station. The staff was courteous, helpful and (importantly) understood and spoke good English. Bfast was not elaborate but sufficient, with tea/coffee maker/tit bits kept in the lobby area throughout the day. Wifi was great as well. Definitely recommended.

This is more appartments then a hotel itself, so reception is not 24/7, but available if you call mobile. Hostess (Susanna) was very hospitable. She left a lot of stuff for breakfast: pastry, nutella, jams, honey, youghurt and as a bonus - coca-cola, beer + snacks (pack of salted peanuts + Pringles). Hotel is 10-15 minutes walking disyance from Campo...

Absolutely delighted with our recent stay at Residenza Manzoni. Booked on the strength of Tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. It was really easy to find the B&B which is in a really lovely part of the city away from the tourist routes. The B&B is on the 2nd floor which has no lift, it may be a problem...

First thing you come to appreciate is the size of the rooms. They are large, which for Europe (and Florence in particular) is quite an exception! Then, the cleanliness and the simple elegance of the decor. Susanna is a wonderful host, without being overwhelming. Finally the location: you are away from the crowd of tourist, you feel you are living...

Susanna takes care of you as soon as you arrive up the stairs and through the magical wooden door. Great location, walking and shopping, we looked down a street and there was the Duomo, right there! Highly recommend and look forward to staying at Residenza Manzoni in the future.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Our large room was very comfortable. Wifi in the room was a plus. Breakfast consisted of packaged items left on a tray the evening before, but fine. We were mistaken in our departure date and the staff was extremely helpful in locating another B&B at the last minute.
