My husband and I had a great stay at this little chapel. Guido was very welcoming and helpful (once we found the chapel after entering the very large BEAUTIFUL property!) and made us feel right at home. It was a very easy 5 minute drive into town where we parked for free and could take a bus anywhere. We enjoyed...

The Chapel is situated in a beautiful park, next to a large villa. It is close to transport links and well equipped. The owners are extremely helpful with information about the local area. The building itself has been beautifully restored with fantastic paintings. I would recommend you stay here if visiting Florence!

The positives:- The room and facilities at Residenza Strozzi are interesting, unusual and, in the main, more than adequate. Other reviewers have given a good indication of what you get. The location is fine, as long as you want an out of town and quiet place away from the hustle ands bustle of Florence. The negatives:- When our booking was...

I really had expected to arrive at this property and find that it was too good to be true but am thrilled to say it was the exact opposite! Our stay at "La Scuderia" was fantastic both in terms of location, decor and style and exceeded all our expectations. Guido was brilliant and naturally helpful and relaxed. I would absolutely...

This was a truly wonderful place, set in beautiful grounds, with a long tree-lined drive up to the buildings. The hosts Guido and Pia were both charming and could not have been more helpful. The chapel was delightful, sleeping beneath that wonderful "fresco" ceiling. Transport into Florence was excellent, with a free carpark next to the bus stop. (Don't take...

We loved our stay at Residenza Strozzi. The apartment was full of character and had everything you could need, including lots of information on the residenza and the local area. The location just out of Florence was great - close to the main roads south, making day trips easy and close enough to Florence to get the bus when we...

If you want a wonderful stay in Florence with a mix of city and Tuscan countryside, stay at Residenza Strozzi! We thought we’d be here for a week and ended up settling here for over a month. We are a New Zealand family with two primary school aged girls. This property is well appointed for both adults and children. Guido...
