We had 2 rooms books and fortunately they were right next to each other, with a little door/hallway to join both, so we felt very much like we had our own place. The breakfast was the best we had on our Tuscany vacation. The hosts were all wonderful. Lorenzo gave us some awesome dinner recommendations and the morning hosts were...

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the location of Residenza Argentina! It was great! We had the first room on your left once you entered the check-in area. It was clean, spacious and had everything we were promised. The front desk lady was super helpful in booking dinner reservations (if you ask the owner to he will tell...

A family-run B&B on the third floor of an ancient palazzo, ancient and cool even in summer. Despite being on a busy street, rooms are quiet and peaceful although the beds are on the hard side. Don't let the strange name or effusive website put you off, this place is tastefully furnished and is as private as a 'proper' hotel....

It's ideal to stay at this centrally located B & B about a 10 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station and 5 or less to most of the enchanting art and history that is Florence: the Duomo, Pitti Palace, Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the Academy, Piazza della Signoria, and the arched bridge Ponte Vecchio. Schedule arrival when manager Lorenzo...

Set on the 3rd floor of a traditional central street terrace building in the heart of Florence. There are just 5 beautifully decorated large en-suite rooms. Ours had a balcony overlooking an internal garden and neighbouring terraces. Breakfast was excellent including cooked eggs which is rare in Italy. Very friendly, very clean and very comfortable. Love the free wifi and...

Hotel staff were friendly and check in was smooth. The room itself was very clean and was service daily. Downsides are that the beds were very uncomfortable that it was very hard to stay asleep at time. Overall I would recommend this hotel due to its great location. It was in the heart of florence and close to everything you...

Beautiful room in a fantastic central location. 4 flights of stairs to haul your luggage up so be prepared! Beds are comfortable with nice linens. Some pillow soft, others like flat rocks. Water cooler provided down the hall. Good blackout curtains and minimal street noise. We slept with the windows open but soon discovered the mosquitos! Decent shower - everything...

An attractive and beautifully appointed "Bed & Breakfast" in the heart of Florence - near the Duomo, the Accademia, San Lorenzo ...The rooms are all on inner courtyards so they are completely silent. Although reasonably priced, the rooms are luxuriously furnished, each different from the other (pictures on www.florencedream.it). The staff, headed by charming Lioda, couldn't be more helpful -...

My two daughters and I shared a room for 3 which was very spacious and beautifully decorated and well kept. Everything was lovely and of a high standard. I didn't expect it to be nearly as good because it was also a reasonable price in the best possible location. 2 minutes walk to the Duomo and 5 minutes to the...

We stayed for 5 nights in September in the Cosimo room. Our room was medium sized - big enough for our needs but without any seating area. We made use of the lounge area which was pleasant - there was also computer so you could use the internet at no cost. The staff were great - very helpful with restaurant...
