Right next to the Santa Maria Novella Firenze train station. In the center of a bustling community. Downside -- stuffy room, can't open the windows because of the city noise, dusty beddings. You are practically on your own as soon as the keys are given. I would prefer a farther location next time in exchange for better service and cleaner...

After dragging (too many) bags from Rome to Venice to Florence. The fact that the hotel was less than 100 meters from the train station and was centrally located for attractions and top eateries was a huge bonus. They have a freight elevator to send your bags up to the floor and check in is available from 0900 - 1900....

Spacious comfortable room. Breakfast is left in room the night before very nicely displayed. There is a mini fridge with a few beverages for purchase. The location is close to train easy to find. A balcony overlooking the street is nice for evening drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi worked perfectly. Would recommend staying here!

Great host, great location. Large rooms; bathroom a bit small. Wifi works well. As mentioned location is perfect when visiting town for either fun, or a conference in the conference centre. It's only 5 minute walk from the railway station, and 10 minutes to the main tourist attractions. Only small comment: breakfast is not fresh and served the day before...

The service is very good. We stay here for 2 nights. Our room is lovely and everything is comfortable. The hotel provide breakfast set in the room so we have not to worry about wake up time. I will recommend my friend to stay here too when they go to florence next time.

I had a great experience in this bed and breakfast. Location is great within about 200 mtrs from Florence central railway station and easy walking distance of shopping and tourist attractions. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The air conditioning didn't work. To hot to sleep here. Couldn't open the windows because of the noise and mosquitos. Breakfast was all pre packaged, and left on the table in +30 deg heat, including milk and cheese. Very poor. Power adaptor didn't fit any power outlets so couldn't charge phones etc. Rang owner, couldn't have cared less. The lift...

This Bed and Breakfast is situated in a great location in Florence (close to the train station and the city center), you can walk almost to every point of interest if you are sightseeing. The rooms itself are ok in terms of size and even though they look onto a busy street the room we stayed in have double window...

The location is great, the hotel is just 3 minutes walk from Florence S.M.N. station, and is very close to the popular sightseeing spots in Florence, about 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel manager is very nice and friendly, and the room is quite old-fashioned with Florence style which is spacious enough. However, the breakfast is not fresh-made, which is not...

Great place in the city centre. Al the hi lights are on walking distance. The rooms are nice and clean. The owner helpt us with the map. Loved our half hour on the balconey. Looking out over the bussy streets, with some wine. Bought at the market just next to the hotel!
