Lovely! Room light and clean. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great location - a few minutes walk from the centre but that meant it was a bit quieter, and handy for less touristy restaurants. Really lovely place to stay.

This is one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. This 3-star outdid the 4-star we were in in Rome by far. The staff really cares. The hotel is lovely. The location is wonderful -- tranquil yet accessible to everything. Our room was comfortable and truly felt like we were in Italy (not some generic hotel feel). Someone...

This hotel was perfect. It was a 15-20 minute walk from anything that you wanted to do in the city. The staff was very, very pleasant. They helped with dinner reservations, taking our picture, and someone is there 24/7 (not like the other places we've stayed in Italy). Overall, great stay.

This was a very friendly, clean and quiet hotel with a lovely breakfast. The owner was helpful and spoke excellent English.if you have a car it will be very expensive to park and you'll have quite a walk to your nearest parking garage. What we did was drive to the free car park at Scandicci and got the tram back...

This hotel has excellent friendly staff, is super clean and is in a very good location. It is within walking distance of all the main sites and very close to the vibrant area of San Spirito piazza where you can find traditional Italian restaurants and a traditional local vibe. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay...

This hotel certainly was not bad, but the male owner (not sure but I think he is the owner) was very rude. When we checked in we got a room assigned with non-functioning toilet. We immediately notified the owner and he got very mad at us. Het dragged our luggage to the lobby and shouted that we should seek another...

This small hotel has a great location within short walking distance both of the historical centre and the charming area around Piazza Santo Spirito, where you will find the best atmosphere and some of the best restaurants in the city. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from La Carraia, where you get the best gelato in town...

Loved the location as it was close to everything we needed. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle of the noisy & popular Puente Vecchio bridge & close enough to walk to it. The metro was a 10 minute walk away. I enjoyed the light breakfasts each morning. The staff was like family. Our room was comfortable and...

We recently stayed here for one night and cannot fault it. A lovely room, spotlessly clean and friendly, helpful staff. Our room looked out over the river and whilst there was some noise from the restaurant outside, it did not prevent us from sleeping. No complaints about breakfast. An enjoyable stay and we would stay here again.

A lovely welcome and excellent service from the staff at this little hotel. My room was small and clean with high ceilings; ideal for one person. Bathroom was clean, the shower cubicle was small so a taller/wider person might struggle. My room was along the corridor from reception so it was noisy sometimes, depending on other guests, but not for...
