What a delightful experience to stay at Hotel Caravaggio! The team really know how to welcome guests and made staying there an absolute pleasure, by far the best stay of our entire 'Italian tour'. Rooms were spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Courtyard very pretty and peaceful. Huge thanks to Guiseppe for keeping us entertained, my only complaint is that we...

Nice stay - spent 3 nights here and probably one of the better places we have stayed at so far on our Italian trip. Breakfast served daily was fantastic coffee, juices, fruits, cereals, pastries and croissants. The lady at the front desk was so lovely at checkin she greeted us and provided us with a map of the area and...

Stayed for 6 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were lovely and everyone who works breakfast was so kind and super accommodating. The coffee that they were serving in the self-service buffet was not good and every morning they were happy to make me an espresso drink (or two) when asked for it. Very lovely people working the...

Important to note we visited the hotel in 2010 (had to click on 2015 by default). Though the hotel is older and the room we had was typical of European hotels, it is in walking distance of the main tourist destinations: Duomo, museums, etc. Also, some good restaurants close by.

A good choice for a budget hotel in Florence. Excellent breakfast for money, rooms clean, convenient location. Breakfast area has a small, three table balcony, regrettably spoiled by allowing smokers to sit there. Not only that, but the resultant smoke drifts into the breakfast room to the detriment of all. Stinks and is very unhealthy. Hotel should decide if they...

I stayed there for 2 days and I was happily surprised how accommodating they were and the information that they provided me with in order to experience Florence. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms good. A short walk from everything you want to see but still far away enough so that you can sleep.

we (a part of 3 with a17 year old) chose this hotel and are very happy. Clean room, clean bath room. They added an extra twin to a double. Excellent AC. Very good breakfast included in price. The best part is the extremely friendly, helpful front desk staff like Monika and others. 15 minutes walk to attractions. We recommend w/o...

The hotel is very good located, not far from Santa Maria Novella train station and allow you to reach the main atractions in Florence, on foot, also to explore Tuscany by train. The staff was friendly and helpfull. A rich breakfast buffet is served daily from 7.30 to 10.00. The room was very large, clean and bright. Definitely recomanded.
