Great little hotel very close to everything! Just a block from the Statue of David and a few blocks from the main cathedral in Florence! The staff was extremely helpful as we arrived early. They stored our luggage while we explored and made the check it process very easy when we returned. The room was small, but perfect for crashing...

The Hotel Colomba turned out to be much more than I expected! The week before my husband and I checked in, I had been in touch via Expedia messenger with questions about finding a restaurant. I received a prompt response from Sabina with a suggestion for a restaurant and an offer to make a reservation. We accepted her suggestion and...

I've previously stayed at the Colomba and finished the previous review that it would be my first choice coming back, having returned 6 months later the stay was even better! From the previously functional rooms on the third floor we were placed just behind the breakfast room on the second room on this visit and the rooms were modern, immaculate...

This nice cozy hotel make our stay in Florence all worth it! Great location, nice people and very clean. The breakfast was great and the mid afternoon tea and biscuits the best! 100% recommended. Specially when you are coming tired and exhausted after a hole day walking in Florence.

Hotel is centrally located and is is handy for the main Florence attractions. The room was clean with a large bed and located on the 3rd floor away from the reception and breakfast areas. There was a good selection for breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There are plenty of places to eat in the neighbourhood.

Since our late arrival the staf was awesome! They where very kind, and took their time to explain some city doubts and mark a map for us pointing do 's and don't s. Very clean and functional bedroom, very good complementary breakfast, and a good tea break every afternoon.

Room No. 9 - very clean and spacious, but a little noisy because it was around the corner to the breakfast area - a connecting door could help. The pillows were a bit hard in our opinion. Wifi connection was rather unstable in the room, better in the breafast area. But who needs Wifi when the sun is shining? The atmosphere...

It was a very nice place, and it just so happened to be nearby many of the famous places that I wanted to visit. There is also a large variety of food nearby. I had a great stay and I totally recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Florence.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. The hotel is at a walking distance from any place in the center of Florence. Don't forget to visit the mercato central at 5 min distance from the hotel.
