We stayed in a triple room at this hotel for three nights in January and would definitely return to this hotel. The room was fairly large and very clean and clean bathroom. The location is great and very close to Train station Santa M.Novella, to the bus stop and to the main attractions. The breakfast was very good and the...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. Location is great, really close to the train station Santa M. Novella (literally 3 minutes walk) and to almost all attractions. But there is a bus stop (I think for local buses) in front of the hotel and all down the street, thus making it very difficult to sleep...

The rooms in the hotel are fairly large and very clean. The host is extremely friendly and will help you with anything you need. There is a quaint (and functional elevator) to get you and your bags to the 1st floor. Location is excellent, very close to the Train Station. Dont forget that Florence has 2 large train stations, and...

We stayed at Hotel Lombardi for three nights. It is very close to the train station. Our room (room 107) was very cold -- very little heating with tile floors. It also smelled like stale smoke. I am assuming some previous guests smoked in the room and it is hard to get rid of the smell. The room and bathroom...

Our stay at the Hotel Lombardi was an absolute pleasure. The rooms and facilities are basic but very clean and the location is brilliant, a stone's throw from the train station and a very short walk to great dining and to the centre of Florence's key attractions. The management and staff were always extremely accommodating and friendly. I'd stay there...

This hotel has an amazing location next to the central station. We enjoyed the service provided by reception as they always were very friendly. The rooms have names and not numbers which adds charm to the overall experience. The room we stayed in had it all, powerful shower, good quality bed and nice view.

Stayed her for work. Rooms are basic and I missed having a desk (as I was working). My room had aircon and a ceiling fan which was pleasant given the high temperature outside. The street is quiet in the eve and night, but starts to be busy around 6-7 am with busses. Location is perfect, one street from station and...

This is a two star hotel. Quite modest in all respects, but in a fantastic location. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is average. Wifi is weak. Hotel is a block away from the train station and so close to all attractions in Florence. We took the train to town for 3 days and then walked over the Hertz and started...

I spent one night at this hotel. Overall it was a nice experience, staff was friendly and the room was clean. Big bonus is its location. Next to the train station. What I I think could have been better is the breakfast. There was no salty stuff to eat. Only croissant , jam and such things. Also when checking out...
