We stayed at the Rosary Garden for three nights on our first trip to Florence. I was a little taken aback by the location. I had expected a quieter setting, but the hotel is located between two busy roads (almost like a traffic island) and across the street from a large grocery store/shopping center (the Coop). Although the room windows...

When we first came to the hotel, we saw this this cute green door, which pointed to the square outside the hotel, where you can take the bus to the city, or if you like to walk along the Arno river. And when you come back to the hotel in the evening have a ice cream at the square, like...

This is a great place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole hotel has a very homely feel to it and has small touches around the place which makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. When visiting Florence this may be the best place to stay. The situation of the hotel is out of...

We originally booked Hotel Rosary Garden for three nights but the wonderful hospitality received by Monica resulted in an extra two night stay in this lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for Monica and the cleanliness and comfort outweighed the location (10 minutes by bus out of the city centre, however, a bus stop is located right outside the...

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Florence for a week. We do not speak Italian well, and Monica and her staff were extremely helpful setting up our stay. They set up all of our reservations, gave us maps, answered all of our questions about Italy, and really made our stay very special. The room was very warm, and...

Just returned for a long weekend in Florence at the Hotel Rosary Garden. While it is a little 'out of the way' from the city centre, it is an easy walk or bus ride into the main sights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the big pluses, is the fact that the nearby restaurants cater to locals...

My 2 teenage sons and I stayed 2 nights with Monica and her wonderful team at the Hotel Rosary garden in October 08. We arrived late in the pouring rain and nothing was too much trouble for Monica and her staff to make us feel at home. The room was beautiful and large enough for the three of us with...

Couldn't have been happier with our stay at this hotel. What stood out most was the fantastic service that the hotel staff gave us. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much of a problem for them, particularly in booking a tour for us to Siena and Chianti (which i also recommend doing). The decor in the room...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rosary Garden. The breakfast was delicious--they even made cappuccino for us. The personnel were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the top floor room--very spacious. Toilet and shower were in one bathroom, sink and another shower in separate bathroom. We thought it a great place to stay. Our only downer...
